Great location close to the boardwalk seven dollars on the weekday $10-$15 on the weekend and $25 on holiday sometimes he's not in the booth you have to walk on the boardwalk and make a left and go like four stores down pay then walk back to your car to put the little cord in your window that part is kind of annoying but it’s OK

This is one of literally 5 open, pay-for parking paved parking lots side-by-side....all behind the boardwalk....which connects/ backs up to the beach....boardwalk easy to walk to ( aka a very short distance).... Their is an actual attendant in the a&k lot until a certain time....once attendant is gone, u pay at a shop 6 shops up on the left on the boardwalk ( forget the name but name of shop is clearly stated on sign at window of attendant booth)....the other 4 connected lots do not have an attendant but have machines that take cash or card....lots are either $4 or $5 for either all day or 8 hours as of the summer of 2022...my opinion- any of these are a great, cheap option to find yourself in the middle of the boardwalk ( roughly)...can't speak for a weekend but I came in middle of week, middle of the day in July and one of the 5 lots did not even have a car in it!! So needless to say you have easy, convenient parking options....hope this helps

Took a chance and was happy! For $10 we found a parking spot right at the boardwalk for our larger size truck on a Saturday around 11am. The lot wasn’t crowded until we came back about 5pm from walking and visiting the beach. There is a ramp to the beach/boardwalk that brings you up to Stewart’s burgers, fries, and shakes.

The parking lot is a great location, but left parking lot with a flat tire and had to travel to PA. Parking lot was not clean and there were suspicious people hanging out back of a store.Very disappointed. Price is good but will not take the chance again. Would rather pay a little more.

Very close to the boardwalk. Wheelchair accessible ramp, which was perfect for our wagon and beach toys. Located to a public restroom for changing into beach gear. Cold showers to rinse off the sand located close by.

The parking attendant and his supervisor insisted that we park in the middle instead of closer to the entrance because "it gets crowded". What does that even mean? We are paying customers the same as any other. We have handicap tags as well so that's another reason why I did not move. Yet, another customer pulled into a spot near the entrance and the attendant said nothing to them. The parking rates are roughly the same. Two stars for being in close proximity to the boardwalk.

The parking spaces aren't big enough for a car

Great outdoor parking for easy access to the boardwalk. Just walk up the stairs on the left corner you will see a card/palm reader business, walk to the left direction where shops will be on your left side maybe about 3 or 4 shops down they will sell you a ticket for the parking space. πŸ˜‰

The parking lot was almost empty. The signs were confusing, but one stated 7$ for all day parking. The lady wanted 15$ for our RV as it's a "big vehicle". Alright, so imaginary 15$? She wasn't friendly either so we went to the parking lot before where we got 12hrs for 4$ paid online.

Perfect location in the middle of the boardwalk either way you want to go.
