I
went
to
Athenian
Garden
last
night
with
my
ten
month
old
baby
and
one
other
adult.
We
were
having
a
pleasant
meal,
and
my
baby
was
completely
happy.
But
because
she
is
a
baby
and
was
happy,
she
was
letting
us
know
about
her
happiness
by
making
sort
of
loud
happy
baby
noises
once
in
a
while.
No
one
was
bothered
at
all,
and
the
table
next
to
us
also
had
a
few
young
children.
There
were
only
three
other
tables
filled
in
the
restaurant
other
than
our
table.
However,
about
halfway
through
our
meal
the
owner
very
rudely
came
over
to
the
table
to
say
"your
baby
is
being
too
loud"
and
basically
telling
us
to
leave.
It
was
so
rude
that
the
waitress
came
over
after
to
apologize
for
the
owner's
comments,
and
I
could
hear
her
chef-husband
afterward
telling
his
wife
that
it
was
not
okay
to
do.
We
quickly
finished,
paid,
and
left.
And
I
promise
we
will
not
be
back
even
though
we
live
nearby.
This
restaurant
is
not
formal
enough
to
have
such
a
policy.
And
if
a
restaurant
is
not
going
to
permit
happy
children
to
eat
there,
that
should
be
published
on
their
website.
I
would
understand
if
my
baby
were
crying
and
making
a
scene,
but
that
is
not
what
was
going
on.
