Another AC venue with so much potential, yet sits empty and lifeless. Except for the temperature controlled indoor Adirondack chair seating area to view the beach and boardwalk from above, this place is basically just another abandoned building (that is clean and tastefully decorated on the inside). Unfortunately if you'd like to just sit and enjoy the serenity of the ocean waves from above, you have to be prepared to constantly deal with the unfriendly, intimidating stares and random "warnings" thrown out to everyone from the security guards here, letting you know that although this is another section of Caesar's Hotel and Casino, visitors aren't very welcome here, at least according to their actions. What a shame.

Besides the usual crazys talking to themselves and beggars it's still decent. The worst part is the store owners "prodominantly Indians are very rude, and state at you excessively. Can't let you be for 5 seconds to look around or shop. It's highly insulting and annoying. I get there's a lot of crime, and thieving kids up there, but Jesus they do it to everyone.
