Boardwalk hall was amazing. I’ve been two several events there. The last 3 were, Jason Aldean, Jim Gaffigan and the latest- AEW dynamite and a taping of AEW Rampage. All three were incredible seats Because the venue is small enough, holds about 15,000 ppl. There was a great area where ppl would take a break during intermission and smoke, or just go to hangout. It was the balcony of the Boardwalk hall. This is an excellent place to go see anything. Parking garages are all around, I parked in Ware parking garage (3 blocks away) for just 8$ for 8 hours. Well worth it. I will park there, and definitely go see more events at the boardwalk hall in AC.

Nice time! This place was definitely huge and the line was extremely long so if you can show up early. The venue is definitely not worth the price for tickets compared to other venues. This place you can barely see the comedians on stage so you have to look at the tv’s. So I thought I could have just stayed home and actually watched it on tv. Because I felt like that’s what I was doing except with a lot more people.

I had a great time at the Lit Concert. The staff clueless of some of the information that they needed to know. I had to go to multiple people to get the correct information, which cost me $40 in parking fees that I didn't have to pay. It was the staff demeanor that made it a lost that I just brushed off. It was just money that didn't make it to the slot machine. Yes you can smoke without complaining, besides fellow attendants. Drink start at $13, beer is in a can. The food in the VIP was very good.

The history and learning about the worlds largest organ was fascinating and worth every dollar paid to see. A must see if in the area.

Went to an R&B concert and the facility is great but the sound system needs to be replaced and/or sound engineers need to assess the sound quality in the middle and back of the venue. Most of it sounded muffled or too high pitch. The audio/visual was also not synced at times.

An excellent venue to host sporting events in. This is a perfect place for the high-school wrestling state Championships every year. I'm looking forward to come back!

The hall was beautiful and the seats were all perfectly positioned where you can see the stage clearly from the whole arena. There are 3 huge Screens so you don't miss the small details on the stage. Many food vendors, and access to the bar so the lines weren't long. The restrooms were clean also. Unfortunately, I would have given it 5 stars, but when I left the event "something" bit me up. The seat were cloth and need to be cleaned better. Me and the 3 people I went with were ate up. It was a very long night of benadryl and scratching!!! But other than that I had an amazing time.

Just saw Maxwell here this past weekend. There was a huge crowd but staff was friendly and got everyone through security efficiently. I was on the floor and seats are really tight but my seats had a great view of the stage. Acoustics were good too. I will definitely return for more shows.

My husband and I were at the Mary J concert 10/29/22. The show was fine , but getting into the building was a nightmare. There were no lines no ropes no guidance, no organization,no structure. We were herded in like cattle. It was dangerous and disrespectful. I totally believe audiences for any other group would not have been treated in this manner. Again once inside things got a lot better Mary was her wonderful self. We survived 🙄 I hope this was helpful 😕

Went here for AEW Rampage, the seat was broken and no leg room. Left the event early. Sure the place is historic and nice on the inside, sight lines are nice. I won't blame the place for the awful wrestling. But make sure your equipment like seats are in better condition and comfortable. Wasn't like we had cheap seats either. We were about 16 rows off the floor. Staff was nice and friendly.

So we had NABC 2023 held here and it went okay. The event was planned very poorly which was mostly our fault. The theatre was nice and I appreciate the staff for helping us set up for the performances. The staff were more than generous and helpful. The security guards were a little aggressive but they improved over time. Definitely will be coming here again and hopefully we can host another, more better planned event here again. Thank you again for really being a big help to our events.

The boardwalk is located at the back of the Hard Rock Casino. It was like walking into a different world. There are so many games and rides; food, drinks. Alot of seating to relax. There are tents where you can get a self-portrait for $10, and there was a helicopter ride. They had different tours. It was an amazing experience. I had a great time with my family.

I came here for a comedy show. It was a pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and thorough in doing their job. The snacks at the concession stands were good.

We attended for Disney on Ice and besides a long line for the woman’s restroom it was a great experience. Didn’t get to walk around the arena but it looked enormous once inside. Plenty of parking garages nearby.

We took the curator's tour of the pipe organ. It was amazing. Our guide Scott was friendly, patient, & most of all knowledgeable. It is fascinating to learn about the history of the instrument as well as the ongoing restoration. The other employees/volunteers are just as helpful and friendly. And the recital that follows is simply beautiful. If you're looking for a way to spend a few hours that doesn't involve gambling, this is it. And you're helping a great cause.

Cool old building. Appreciate the architecture and history of it, but sound was terrible. Heard maybe 8+/- different hip hop and r&b groups and some were ok, but others sounded terrible. Not sure if their DJ or the building, but under impressed with the sound. Staff, concessions, bathrooms all nice!
