Got drinks at the bar $121 tab. Sat down at some chairs and a lady asked us for our order we said we just got drinks and she said you can not sit here you have to leave. I would never order drinks here again!!! So rude!!!

It was very hard for me to get a drink. I watched the female bartender overlook me and tend to people she knew. Finally, an older man took my order. He had a horrible attitude and made the worst cosmo I ever had. Cost me $15. This is my second time giving this place a try because the music is great. Won’t happen again.

Bartender should know how to make one of the most basic drinks. An old fashioned is about as easy as it gets. At $13 a pop it should not taste like it was made from the ocean. Good music but I suggest ordering beer because it is difficult to ruin that.

FM Band was the only salvation. I was served a $13+ glass of wine in a juice glass. Alternative was a plastic cup. Am I at a casino or a diner? So disappointing…

I so wanted to give this spot an excellent review but thanks to one server, I cannot. I was enjoying the music when I was asked by a server if I needed anything. I ordered a Pepsi. My drink comes, I give the server a 20 dollar bill and she goes behind the bar to what I assume was ring me up and bring me back my change. 10 min later I got up when the server reappeared and I kindly asked her how much my Pepsi was. She replied "5 dollars and some change." I then said "Oh..I gave you a twenty..." she immediately became rude, kinda squared off and replied "..yeah, it's coming!" I was so shocked I honestly did not know what to reply. Another 5 min go by and she finally came back with my change. Obviously I did not tip her because I felt like she was going to keep my change and ironically I am a generous tipper everywhere I go. My server was Natasha S. Extremely rude, disrespectful and perhaps a bit of a thief who thinks she doesn't have to give back change. Worst experience ever and the bar is so nice. So sad.

I am in favor of the most talented band around! THE ❤️. HEARTBEATS!!! I drive 2 hours to see them here! The last time you had them the place was jumping everyone dancing and having a wonderful time and with you having this awesome band of 4 leading lady vocalist and the rest of the awesome band you will never loose! They are winners! I come to play and win and I win twice!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🎼 Book the Heartbeats 💗

I love the eating lounge, so many great people to hang out with but have been coming for years and years.

Although the drinks were a little pricey, they were doubles, so fantastic. The bands are great. I think the Eden is the best part of Harrahs

a fun place to hang out with friends. The band was good and fun to dance to. Getting the bartender's attention took a while, then drinks service was quick.

The bartenders were rude. There was a man so drunk at the bar he was falling over and they kept serving him because they obviously knew him. The band played great songs, they were just awful.
