This company has been amazing everytime I have ever ordered from them. Recently I made two separate purchases, one in early may and one is later may. My first order was so fast, well packed and perfect. Loved all my clothing items! My second purchase has just shipped today. I emailed them because I havent heard anything about my shipping, they were quick to answer and very polite and wonderful. As someone who is relatively local to the company, I love supporting this spooky and cute shop! You guys are the best!

Sourpus will always be my first choice in online shopping. I have been in the hospital fighting the virus and contacted them to see if my presents would arrive on time for Christmas… they went above and beyond for me. I've ordered everything over the years from home decor to jewelry, clothing, purses and wallets from their shop. Shipping is always quick, I've had stuff sent to Florida and SC. One of my very first orders arrived with a broken earring, so I reached out to their customer service team and they replaced the pair without hesitation. It's really nice that they include a coupon with every order, too! Great shop for the every day Halloween lover, and if its just your personal style.

Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Sourpuss Clothing again. While they do have great quality items, this is the second time I have placed an order, only to find out a week or two later that items are out of stock. I did follow up on this last order after not receiving a shipping notification after about a week, and was informed that they had a backlog on fulfilling orders and would notify me of shipping as soon as possible. I would suggest Sourpuss invest in updating their website to better reflect inventory as people place orders. Honestly, the one item in the order I wanted the most was, of course, the item that was out of stock. The other items were shipped, and at this point, I would rather just cancel the entire order. Disappointing shopping experience, sadly.

I LOVE LOVE everything I got! My only issue was for plus sizes you have to size up and even that sometimes may be too small. I ordered a 3x skirt figuring I would need to size up and it still doesn't fit right. So if you are looking for plus sizes just be aware to order larger by 1 or even 2 sizes. I'm going to keep the skirt tho cause it is super cute and I can still work with it!

I ordered a bunch of different items from Sourpuss. The first order I was missing a rug also a dish was scratched pretty bad. Second order I got an expensive sweater as soon as I opened the bag, I noticed a thread pulled out and a big run on the sleeve, first time I wore the sweater the stitching on shoulder to armpit just fell apart, now I have the huge hole so I turned it inside out. All these loose threads everywhere. Very cheaply made. This is the lucky 13 sweater. So now I have to resew the sweater. Very disappointing.

I ordered an item from Sourpuss and it was shipped quickly. However when I received the item it was not what I ordered. They offered to send me the correct item but because it had stated online that it was the last one i decided not to. I figured that they probably didnt have it in stock. So I just requested a refund. I receive the refund invoice and I was only refunded the cost of the item and not the shipping. In this case I assumed I would be refunded the shipping because they sent the incorrect item but I assumed wrong. Very displeased by that!
