It was so clean! And the staff was so nice! Amy was great quick to go above for us. Our car had to be repaired she got us a ride and got us in contact w a great repair and service. Kim was awesome when we checked in late. Will stay again!!

Hidden gem! My husband and I were wary of the low cost ($45) as our recent experiences with other motels were awful. I am glad we gave the Acova Inn a chance! The room (#10) was immaculate! It is obvious that the owner takes pride in her establishment. The room was HUGE, with two comfy queen beds, a separate kitchenette area, and a nice bathroom. Very quiet! The manager was very accommodating, staying well past the normal office hours to help us check-in @10pm. I highly recommend the Acova Inn Motel to anyone looking for an affordable, cozy alternative to the national chains.

We stay here 1 to 2 nights a week. Prices are great and pet friendly 5.00 per pet.. the people who run the hotel treat us very good and like family.. never had a issue with bed bugs and don't see any bugs in the room.. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Clean, large yet cozy comfortable beds, beautiful flooring and spacious shower!!! Thank you for a great night's rest!!! Best out of all our stop over motel/hotels!!!!

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Love the big thick bath towels. The owner was very pleasant and friendly. Just as good as any of the national known high priced hotels/motels or better. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family or to any travelers going by there. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for a last minute stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Looks are deceiving. If you are in need of a late night stay in Avoca, pick this place. The proprietor is very friendly too.

Room was a little bit dated. Fire smoke detector was missing and wires hung down. Lady at front desk was extremely helpful. After knowing that we had a terrible ordeal prior to our arrival, she saw us first thing and said she hoped we had a good night sleep. Very nice lady!
