When
I
arrived,
the
door
was
locked
and
I
had
to
wait
for
a
while
for
someone
to
let
me
in
to
check
in.
I
called
for
a
reservation
a
week
or
two
ahead
of
time
and
when
I
got
there
they
could
not
find
my
reservation.
However,
they
did
give
me
a
room
since
there
was
one
available.
The
hotel
is
supposed
to
be
smoke
free
but
my
room
smelled
of
smoke
and
the
odor
was
so
unpleasant
I
left
and
spent
time
in
the
city
park
until
dark.
I
really
didn't
feel
well
and
wanted
to
lie
down
and
I
also
needed
to
do
some
more
work
but
could
not
stand
the
smoke
smell
so
I
had
leave
and
I
wasn't
very
happy
about
that.
I
asked
for
a
zero
balance
receipt
and
the
clerk
at
the
counter
did
provide
one
that
was
hand
written.
I
realized
that
my
employer
would
not
accept
that
so
the
next
morning
I
asked
for
another
receipt.
No
one
was
at
the
desk
and
the
lobby
was
locked.
I
could
not
find
any
staff.
I
asked
a
guest
if
she
knew
how
I
could
get
help.
She
knocked
on
some
doors
and
got
someone
to
help
me.
The
staff
person
was
congenial
enough
but
could
not
get
into
the
lobby
to
help
me.
I
gave
her
my
business
card
and
asked
her
to
send
me
a
zero
balance
receipt
by
email.
She
said
they
could
do
that.
It
has
been
a
week
and
no
receipt.
I
called
and
no
one
answers
the
phone.
I
left
a
message
and
still
no
receipt.
I
called
again
and
left
another
message,
still
no
receipt.
On
a
positive
note...the
room
was
clean
and
had
been
updated.
They
honored
the
rate
for
state
employees.
However,
the
sheets
were
stained.
However,
I
will
not
be
staying
here
again.
