Very poor experience, went in at 12:25 for lunch. One person at counter taking orders with 5 guests in line. 4 employees of the crew with their manager standing by custard station talking and showing pictures off there personal phone. They do not care about the guests time they have for lunch. How shocking, I have reach out to the corporate offices multiple times so we can discuss my concerns from issues that happened with no communication at all. They must no longer want my business or anyone i know.

Our experience with Freddy's has always been good. On this visit I went with a chicken sandwich meal and I liked the taste. It was even better when I put the fry sauce on it. I like a thicker cut fry, but I couldn't seem to stop eating these. The service was good. The cashiers were patient as my 7 year old was having a time and making us take forever to order. During our meal a manager came over to ask us how things were and that is something that I appreciate! We'd definitely go back. 😁 #OmahaFattie

First time at Freddy’s and holy cow it was good! This is what a burger should be! The sides were all amazing as well, and you have to get a concrete to top it off. Try peanut butter and brownie, or cheesecake and cherry for something a tad lighter.

Today I came with a client and we couldn't find his money, but Gabby (who I'm assuming is a manager) was extremely helpful. She helped me look in the cameras to find out where I had left it and we found it! She even offered to remake my food. She was very sweet.

Good tasting burger. I'm not a fan of shoestring fries but they included a sauce that's great and there is Addition of a seasoning that helps boost the flavor. It can be a bit awkward to eat since they smash the burger flat and it comes out of the sides pretty far. It's different than most other burger joints for that so that's cool. I included pictures of how they are doing their social distancing. I would suggest checking your order. The food was all there but we didn't get any napkins which made it a bit difficult to eat while we were outside. We could have gone back in, but the line was too long. It could have been fixed at the time if we had just checked before. They have a large parking lot that they share close to Hy-Vee so it's pretty easy to park. Plenty of pokemon around the area as well.

I used to love this place but I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe laziness? Poor training? These two orders are the EXACT same thing but look like they’re different sizes. One is almost full and the other is barely half way and barely has toppings. I love their custard but it’s not worth the money (pretty pricey) if they’re going to give you the half size of an order.

Food was good, believe it or not it was one of the few places in Shadow lake that I was able to actually talk to a human being, and order food! had went to Taco Bell for just a quick bite before a computer stop, and was presented with drive-thru option, or when I went in kiosk option, sorry Fuzzy does not do drive through or kiosk so I ended up at Freddy's. Hadn't been there in a while burgers are a little thin, they are crispy I'm more of a rare meat person but they were still very good, and I'm glad they still cater to customers not electronics.

Visited on Saturday around 4pm. Employee at the counter stated the dining room was closed so they can " catch up from the previous crowd". There were 4 people in the dining room. In other words they were too lazy to clean! Kids running businesses.. wont be back.

Everyone in the kitchen were on their phones. My hotdog was luke warm. The young gal preparing the hamburgers was eating with her gloves on. No one seemed to care about what they were doing.

Disgusting. Tables were not clean and the floor was so greasy you had to walk carefully to avoid slipping. No apparent adult supervising the crew. The air conditioning was either turned off or not working, not a great environment. Won’t be back.

As always, the burgers and fries were good. But the frozen custard that we got wasn't near as good as I'd expected. I think they may have had a problem with their freezer because the custard was not smooth, rich and creamy--but full of ice crystals.

I think the employees were very nice. It was my first time eating there I think the food was great. And sometimes at fast food restaurants you hear a lot of employees joking around playing around and not really doing their job they were not like that at Freddy's they're nice pleasant place I would suggest to everybody

Absolutely blown away by this place! It was my first time here. I had the signature turtle sundae. It was so full of flavor. The hot fudge, the caramel and the pecans topping it off, so delicious! I ordered a large because I was used to other places, I won't do that again. The large was enough for two! I will go again repeatedly for sure! Highly recommend for anyone. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.

I'm not a fan, I've tried a few times now, probably won't go back. The place was clean, staff was friendly, the food is just okay in my opinion.

Came in tonight ordered several custards one of which was a mini concrete with Reeses Pieces extra Pieces ... got home realized it was peanut butter cup not Pieces... drove back politely told the lady at the drive thru speaker what the issue was. Got to the window they took the custard. Came back and said it was correct, I said no I bit into a chunk of chocolate the kid walked away and back and handed me what I presume is the same cup with Pieces on top with a huge attitude. I get back home and bit again into chocolate. I have a picture of the at least 10 chunks of chocolate I spit out, attempting to eat what I ordered and paid for. No apology, and 2 times failed to get it right. And super nasty attitude. Why would I drive back to get one item remade out of my order if it wasn't right. Took everything I had not to come deliver the chocolate Pieces back to your crew. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Went through the drive up window.I was informed they no longer have the “Chicago Style” hot dogs. What???? We were waited on by a young person. They had multiple piercings in their nose with jewelry dangling. Not my cup of tea but to each their own. Did I mention that it was 10 degrees out. They apparently had a cold and because the jewelry they couldn’t properly blow/wipe their nose. So as a result the individual let it drip. Yep right onto the counter next to my food. Then wiped it up and pretended like it didn’t happen. My wife and I both looked at each other in disbelief. 1. If your not feeling well stay home. 2. If your nose is running. Leave the nose jewelry at home. We now sit here contemplating whether to eat our Covid burgers or toss them. I will not be returning to this Freddy’s or any other.

Ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal through the drive-thru. The worker handed me the bag of food which he believed was the wrong one, so I, as a customer, put my trust and confidence in his belief and returned the bag to get what he believed was the correct one. It wasn't the correct one and it wasn't what I paid for.

So delicious and plentiful serving size I'm now in love with Freddy! The fry sauce is delicious! Great pop selection! Huge menu of amazing meals! Good by Burger King, McDonald's and Taco Bell! The retro 1950's relics and colors and yummy food made me feel so very happy!

Went to Freddy's late.. Right before closing. The guy working the drive threw was awesome! He was probably ready to go home but still was very friendly to us and took his time to make sure we were happy with our order. 💯 to the team. 😀

Good food, the shoestring fries are delicious ! first time I ever had them. Had the Grilled chicken sandwich as a wrap, bad idea. I try wraps every now and then as I'm type II diabetic and no bun helps eliminate some of the carbs. With the lettuce wrap, everything kept falling out and into the basket, I'm not sure if there's a better way to do it but the chicken was quite tasty. Both bathrooms were out of order, so that was a minus on their part. Will I eat there again ? I'm pretty sure I'll eat there again and maybe try one of the burgers next time.

Samantha was very friendly and concientious. The burger was a bit too salty but the desire to please the customer was on full display. The hot dog was superlative and the drinks well mixed. I look forward to returning soon.

Out bacon and cheese burgers were drowned in mustard. So was my daughter’s hot dog. I wish I had sent it back but I struggled through. I want to say I’ve never been disappointed here before. This was an off day. We’ll be back.

This was my first time eating here. 10 out of 10. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. The steak burgers are flavorful and juicy, the toppings were fresh and crisp, the fries are adorable little potato sticks that maintain flavor throughout the meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

Definitely gone down. The store was hot, humid and muggy inside. It smelled really bad, like general uncleanliness. Stick walls, stick chairs. 10 years ago this was an awesome place but you can tell that it hasn't been maintained over the years. Dirt and dust everywhere, general grime indicative of years of neglect. I won't go here again.

I went to this restaurant trying to order some food. On the counter, there was a teenager with a grown up man. They totally ignored my question. Flirting and a grown up individual was sitting on the table facing an opposit side flirting with this little girl. It was very uncomfortable. So I had to leave heading to Chipotle. It is Freddy's close to Hyvee in Papillion. I just needed to order food. It is very unfortunate. I hope the girl is of age. They shouldn't do that in front of customers. Disgusting.

Love eating at Freddy's. Their steak burgers are amazing. The seasoning for the fries and the dip for the fries is awesome. And their desserts are also a must-have. Our family loves Freddy's .

I doordashed my order. This is my 13 dollar regular size cup of ice cream. I could buy all this from the store for this price. My first and last time as a Freddy's customer. Overpriced restaurant. I'd be afraid to see what they consider a mini. This cup isn't even half full.

Normally a family favorite for fast food. Place was absolutely filthy, trash piled up around bins. Sauce cubbies empty and when I asked for sauce a box was thrown on the counter from what appeared to be the floor. This counter is the same counter they serve food on. Food was burnt and took over 15 minutes to receive. They were more focused on the drive thru than the customers in the lobby. Line sat past the door for a long time without any movement. Very sad and disheartening experience.

I like Freddy's product but they ALWAYS mess up special orders. I love malts, and even though I ask for extra malt powder, and are charged for extra malt powder, I never get extra malt powder. So close to greatness. Sad

Burgers are thin and salty, but good... Fries are super skinny, not my fav, lol... But the Custard is the bOmb... Easy ordering thru drive thru, get our food in a timely manner inside as well as out... Nice sauce options for you to choose from, self serve which is cool... Try em out!

Customer service beyond expectations! Fresh ingredients, good portions and General Manager Mike came over to ask about our meal. Enjoyed new lettuce wrapped burgers so good!! Reccomend Freddys jalapeno fry sauce! Also delicious custard!

Came late on July 3rd, they were still open. Staff was respectful and kind. Order was correct, besides there being chocolate on the caramel sundae, but everyone still loves chocolate. Not a fan of the burgers. They are a little to charred for my taste. Not always constant. Sometimes I feel like I'm eating coal rather then the burger. The fries are usually pretty good. And I love their brownie sundae. . It is a clean and friend establishment just the thing they are known for their burgers are sometimes to crispy and charred.
