Ok,
go
with
me
here:
First
off,
when
you
walk
onto
the
premises,
you
are
greeted
with
an
algae
filled
pool
and
about
5
to
6
cats
scattered
abroad,
which
are
well
taken
care
of,
presumably,
by
the
owners.
Other
than
that,
the
premises
would
of
felt
"homey".
That
site
alone
will
make
you
feel
as
though
the
rooms
are
trash
BUT
not
exactly...
the
rooms
are
built
like
mini
apartments.
The
bedroom
is
literally
separated
from
the
living
room/kitchen.
If
they
were
to
fix
this
place
up,
it
would
be
a
gold
mine!
Yes,
there's
a
stove,
fridge
and
microwave
but
I,
myself,
am
VERY
scornful
so
I
wouldn't
dare
use
any
of
it
unless
humbly
in
dire
need.
BUT
the
rooms
are
shabby/mediocre
at
best.
They're
clean!
Yet
shabby.
Very
outdated
decorated,
like
a
cheap
studio
apartment.
I've
stayed
here
about
3
times
(not
by
choice)
and
each
time
I've
noticed
that
they
use
the
"hallway
closets"
(if
you
will)
as
a
storage
unit
for
various
things.
Some
being
locked
and
some
being
blantly
open.
Last
but
not
least,
the
AC
is
mediocre
wall
units.
It's
a
gamble,
you
might
get
a
good
one
or
you
might
get
a
"blower
of
air".
Never
seen
any
critters
though,
thank
God,
but
probably
because
of
the
cats
🤷🏽♀️.
Wish
I
could
give
it
2.5
stars
because
it's
not
as
bad
as
a
2,
but
not
as
great
as
a
3.
Summary
of
it
all:
you
get
what
you
pay
for.
Stay
at
you
own
risk
and
tolerance.
