Lives up to its "DELUXE" name as a quality accommodation. And priced very reasonably. Ideally located near the airport for our transit overnight stopover. The suite was large, new and immaculately kept. Really well built and laid out. We are sorry that we could not stay longer. Local bakery and cafe a convenient 200m walk down the street.

If arriving late to the airport in Athens or flying early - perfect Way to be near the airport. And wait for it - the owner has a taxi-business aswell that makes it wonderfully easy to arrange the transfer to the airport. Friendly and proffesional aswell. Top notch.

Akis and his brother were wonderful hosts and their place was the perfect spot to end our Greece trip before flying out of the Athens Airport. Akis not only picked us up from the ferry port, but also dropped us off at their airport for our flight the next morning as well. The room was clean, cozy, and in a great location (10 minute drive from the airport and 10 minute walk to some wonderful local restaurants). Definitely would stay here again or recommend to our friends :)

Perfect! We had a layover from our flight at night, so we needed to take a shower and sleep, it is an excellent option. The host is very friendly and for a differentiated price he picked us up at the airport and then took us back to the airport in the morning. You can go downtown if you need to eat something or you can also order delivery. Very good ❤️

The owner picked me up after having baggage troubles. He also made arrangements to drive me back to the airport. The apartments are very nice and super clean! Would highly recommend with amazing customer service and a beautiful stay!

10 min from the airport. Vaios and his brother also have a taxi service. I asked them to pick me up at 7:30 am for the airport, at 7:26 he was waiting for me. The room I stayed in was brand new, spotless shower, facilities for making a cup of coffee or tea. Water in the fridge. New, modern, clean. Sheets, bedding, excellent A/C as it was in the middle of a heat wave. A bakery within walking distance and Sklavenitis ( supermarket) close by. Highly recommended, especially if you need a quick one night stay over near the airport.

My flight was delayed so I missed a transfer and had to find a place to stay near the airport at short notice. The owners were incredibly accomodating (considering I arrived at 2300hrs), really helpful with getting set up with WiFi, showing me where to get takeout food that late, and showing me how to use the shower. They also organized a taxi for me to get to the airport the next day. The room itself was incredibly clean, much larger than I expected for the price, and had all the amenities you could want (kitchen area, big shower and bathroom, TV, good air conditioning etc.) It's a great family run business, with 2 brothers (both very nice people) who run the suites, with the help of one of their wives who I didn't get a chance to meet. Great experience overall. Thanks guys!

A perfect place for your short lay over at the airport. Or actually any lay over were you need to be picked up and delivered at the airport. I received perfect service. I was picked up and dropped at the airport, the driver paid attention to the landing times of my flight and i had no waiting time. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and in good quality. I will choose to stay at AVR again when having an early connector from Athens international airport any time. Great service and respect for my time.
