I passed there during one of my walks in the city. I asked for something locally that's recommended, because I heard there is a traditional Greek coffee. At the recommendation of the young woman at the counter I took a double espresso instead of the traditional greek coffee. The coffee was nice, and I could feel its freshness, and it had a pleasant acidity. In retrospect, in my opinion, the young woman could have recommended something other than espresso after I now saw on Google the special variety of drinks 🥺😣 (feel disappointed)

This was by far the best coffee we have had in our entire lives. We went there 2 days in a row. We ordered a mocha and a cappuccino, then had the owner surprise us with his recommendations. Everything was simply delicious, made with high quality ingredients and with attention to detail. The owner came and talked with us, he ended up bringing us their homemade Cold Brew to try. We were absolutely blown away by the exquisite flavors. We have never tasted coffee like this. He talked with us about the process of making the coffee, the beans they use, how to properly drink it to get the best experience. The owner and staff were so kind. His passion for this craft was incredible and evident in the wonderful drinks. I very highly recommend stopping here while in Athens!

Out of the many coffee bars located near the Acropolis Hill, we visited Coffee Dive. The laid back vibe and the amazing music pulled us to this curbside haven of caffeine. We wanted a freddo cappuccino and ordered that, but my eyes went to a 'special' version of that coffee in the menu. On asking for it, the spectacular and lively barista, Mr. Costas offered to select from a wide range of roasted coffee beans collection from all over the world. Being from India, I am personally a big fan of the Indian coffee and to my surprise they had that too. Costas took it upon him to give us a very wholesome experience of the place and the coffee. He was very warm and happily took some pictures with us as well.

Extremely nice coffee! The best in the area, perhaps even in Athens, made exactly as you wanna drink it. Multiple countries of origin and different roasts that will explode your taste senses. The very pleasant and helpful personnel as well as the decoration of the coffee shop were the topping of my visit.

Constantes was a wonderful barista (and owner, I think). The coffee was like a warm hug from the inside. We were here on a Wintry Saturday morning and it was perfect. Highly recommend the coffee ans hazelnut cookies.

I don’t have the fancy words some have used to describe this place but we have really enjoyed our visits to this wonderful place. Fantastic coffee and atmosphere. It’s been worth traveling half way round the world to discover this fabulous coffee house.

The Ice Cafe Mocha was by far the best I've ever had. Wonderful little cafe near the Acropolis. Genuine hospitality and lovely aroma emanating from within the minute you walk in door. Nice chat with the owner, Costis, a kind gentleman. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!!

Cool as ice Freddo Cappuccino. The milk is sweet and so are the baristas. And they roast their own beans! I LOVE YOU, MARK!

‘Had simple iced coffee w/ milk and added one sugar. Surprisingly, it was fantastic! Then, I immediately ordered the cold brew coffee that’s continuously dripping (and had been calling my attention since I got in the store 😃). I was hinted by the owner on how it should be properly drank. No milk, no sugar, no nothing, except ice cubes that slowly melts on to the cold brew. Then wait about 5 minutes before start sipping it. Mind you, it should be done one little sip at a time with a thin straw. It has no bitterness taste, but mildness, refreshing and satisfying. Kudos to the nice owner. It’s a coffee lover’s brew. And all these for less than 5.50 euros. Wow! Then, of course I had to go back and get some more! 🇬🇷👍👍

This cute little coffee shop is perfectly located just before going to the The Acropolis. The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and best coffee in the area!

Excellent quality Coffee and very friendly and quick service! My favorite is the FlatWhite, but also the black Coffees are delicious. CupSize is bigger than in most of the places but has a reasonable price, which was one of the reasons why I Went there every day at least once during my stay in Athens. You should definitely go there to get your coffee if you are in the area! 5 stars ⭐️

Great micro roastery / coffee shop in a place where you might not expect it. A great variety of beans and filter methods to choose from. I had a cappuccino and it was the best one I had in Greece so far.

I came across this lovely quaint coffee shop whilst walking around my hotel's neighborhood (Koukaki) when I visited Athens last week. I ordered flat white and hot chocolate for my child. The coffee was exceptionally amazing and my child loved the hot chocolate. What sets this apart from other coffee shop that I've been to is the owner. I went and stood outside to drink my coffee and the owner came out and talked with me. We had quite a conversation about coffee -- where I can find the best coffee, the machines, the beans, etc. I could immediately tell that he takes pride in his craft and he is very passionate about coffee. It's this type of engagement that I can find appreciation and amazement with any business owner in addition to the excellent product or service they sell. I highly recommend this place. It's a small shop with a sense of coziness and about 5-7 minute walk from Acropolis museum.

Good attention to detail on the customer requirement. The prices are good and the customer service is fine as well. The downside is that there are no seating and it’s a takeaway only. The latte was stronger for me and the staff balanced it out quickly. Appreciate the service

Bumped into this small coffee corner near Acropolis. Great espresso and more interesting people !! Large variety of cups and an extremely friendly environment. A must try for real coffee lovers! PS: could not resist trying those beans already 🥰

How to even begin. I’ll start by saying you will never find a warmer welcome and a more hospitable host that not only makes you feel special but also happens to really know and love coffee. The quality of the beans were the best we found in Athens. We are huge coffee junkies so please take our word for it! A year ago, we were biking by on our Bromptons for some sight seeing and the owner of the shop spotted us and stopped us. He is also an owner of a Brompton and was thrilled to see us riding ours. He invited us in for a coffee and homemade power bars. All of it was just delicious and a great stop. The owner provided us with the best restaurant recommendations, bakery recommendations, bike shop part stores, you name it. We have been on the sea for two years now and these are the best moments. Human kindness goes miles. If you’re in the area, stop by. You will love the coffee and the owners. We hope it is as special for you as it was for us. 10/10 would visit again. Can’t wait to go back!

You can choose your kind of coffee bean from all over the world. The beans are roasted directly in the shop and the coffee is absolutely amazing! You can feel that they really love and understand how to make a good coffee. If you have the chance, you should try to get one here.

I love finding coffee places when ever I travel and so happy to find dive. They had such a huge selection of beans and brew methods to choose from which made the experience from a coffee lovers perspective great. My only criticism is that the esspresso I got had a but too bitter which I assume was because of the temperature of the machine because I was sure to see the barista measure out the beans.

Perfect coffee shop with a great ambiance and just a short walk from the historical landmark. Definitely worth paying a visit!

Awesome coffee place! You can smell the beans roasting from around the block. They have beans from all around the world and they convert it to great coffee. The owner is passionate to help you pick one of the many varieties they offer. Pro tip: combine it with a freshly baked pastry from the bakery across the street.

Amazing spot. I was skeptical as a long time former barista, but everything was delicious. Staff are very friendly and they roast in house. I was able to have my espresso made with beans from Cuba, which I’ve never been able to try before. I love finding a great spot on vacation.

Great coffees! Many beans and methods. Just a min or two from the acropolis museum. The female staff are all very nice. Dive coffee is just across the street from an amazing bakery. A perfect pairing.

I had a delicious iced frappe after walking around the Acropolis on a very hot day. The prices were great and so was the service. I highly recommend a cold coffee from here. Wifi is also available upon request.

I think I found my favorite coffee shop in Athens. Very cool corner building and small all-in-one micro roasting operation. Green bean to cup in a place like this. Went with the freddo espresso but this place is a coffee lovers dream. They had everything you can imagine (except cold brew). Love the fact that they roast their own.

If you’re looking for a place to get freshly brewed coffee in Athens, Coffee Dive is the one and only place you need to go. They have a wide variety of beans that you can choose from, all of them better than the one you tried the day before. To top it all, the staff is some of the most friendly we’ve come across. Oh and you can also order your coffee online if you’re in Greece or Cyprus! 😋

Tasty ice chocolate on a hot day. Great prices and friendly staff.

Coffee with love. He paints a picture with every cup. Letting you smell the beans before they go into the grinder, the perfume of the grind, the caramel of the extraction, the story of the beans origin, etc. if you’re curious the owner will share his love of coffee with you. As a coffee enthusiast, I noticed he even used naked filters which gets the last bit of flavor out of every bean. Also a spring loaded tamper to not tamp too hard and ensure consistency of taste. This coffee shop puts coffee and story first. Someone once told me your mood is one of the most important aspects of your enjoyment of a whiskey, wine or coffee and Constantine, the owner, provides that in spades. It’s like a coffee spa for your tongue.

Coffee Dive, nestled near the iconic Acropolis in Athens, is an absolute treasure. The owner, Constantine, is not only an exemplary barista, but an ambassador of Greek hospitality. His mastery in crafting coffee is evident in every brew, exuding nuanced flavors sourced from a thoughtfully curated selection of beans. Yet, it's his warmth and friendliness that truly sets this café apart. Constantine creates an atmosphere that’s undeniably welcoming, effortlessly prompting return visits not just for the superb coffee, but for the comforting charm of his presence. A visit to Coffee Dive, therefore, is not merely a caffeine fix, it’s an intimate Greek experience. Whether you're a local or a tourist, Coffee Dive is a must-visit for its excellent coffee and the genuinely delightful company of Constantine.
