the service at the pool restaurant is rude. in hotel hours it says closes at 7pm. I arrived to order at 6.09 pm and they didn't want to let me sit down because they say the kitchen closes at 6.30 pm, I am traveling with 2 children who were hungry. To my great indifference, they sat me down with the condition that I quickly order the food. They did not give me plates or cutlery for the meat I ordered and the hot drinking water. I had to order the children's food for the room and it arrived at 7:30 already cold. my kids didn't eat it and went without eating that night. one definitely expects friendly service and she is quite rude. I traveled for 11 days to Greece, this had to be the best hotel and it was the worst in terms of service.

The ambiance, the service 💯. vegan beyond burger was tasty and a funghi pizza served the napoleon style from the Italian restaurant was great. Had a lovely evening here. Never miss while in Athens. Try to go during the sunset hours, you will love it.

Stunning Hotel in every way (for the price you pay it should be). Beautiful and spacious rooms with sea views, terrific private beaches and pools and service is outstanding. If you can afford it treat yourself.

What a gorgeous luxury hotel. This place is situated 25 minutes away from the house in Nassau that is. They have their own beach they have two different buildings lots of restaurant venues, and pools. Everything here is stunning. It’s only three years old and it is impeccably maintained. The rooms are pretty much all the same size and you can decide if you want to be in one building or the other building depending of what you’re looking for. By the pool there’s a beautiful breeze that comes from the water. While lounging by the pool I witness two helicopters arriving with guest at the helipad of the hotel. Guests come from all over the world and tend to stay for nice long stay. Kids club was actually packed with kids. We tried one of the dining venues for lunch the taverna and lunch was delicious. Posted pics .

Very beautiful and spacious hotel complex in the immediate vicinity of Athens. We had booked our own pavilion, away from the actual hotel building. This was really very nice and very clean. Unfortunately the rooms were very small, if you stay with 2 people for more than a week you have problems unpacking your suitcases. There was only one closet, which was about 45 cm wide. After "unpacking" the room didn't look so nice anymore. With prices over €1,000/night, this is not appropriate. In front of the pavilion there were some loungers with a very nice view of the sea. There is a variety of good and very nice restaurants and bars, but the price level is very high. For example, we paid over €1,000 in a fish restaurant for a 9-course meal for 4 people with associated wines. You get the feeling that the audience is selected based on the price - we felt that rather negatively. Another example was at breakfast... you sit down at the table, at least 4 service employees jump around you... bring the coffee... push the chair... sorry... that's too much for us , we don't need that and would like to be more at eye level with the service. What bothered us the most was the behavior of the guests: they reserved loungers with towels that weren't used all day. Some guests have behaved inappropriately towards service. There is a private beach area separated from the sea with a net. Here the bottom is very clean, it is very safe to swim here. We would visit the hotel again, but the price should be more reasonable.

The best there is. I don’t know how the staff are trained but they are really the most friendly and passionate bunch. The staff, the food, the view makes this hotel an amazing place. Besides that I receive a little gesture from the housekeeping department too. I’m surprised and extremely grateful at the same time, after traveling so much for the last few decade, this is the first. I’m gonna come back again!

My stay at Athens Four Seasons over the festive season was absolutely outstanding! The service was unparalleled, making it the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Christmas decorations added a delightful touch, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The thoughtful gesture of providing a breakfast box for our early departure was a standout moment. With excellent dining options like Beefbar conveniently located within the hotel, our dining experiences were superb. And the beds – incredibly comfortable. Five stars without a doubt – They exceeded all expectations!

I do enjoy staying at the four seasons.. but the Astir Palace..wow .. its always .the staff that make a hotel... And it's so true here .. nothing is too much trouble.. everything is done with a smile.. there is a real effort to make you feel at home and part of their family. At breakfast, in the restaurants, in the bar .. all so warm and friendly. This has been a genuinely memorable experience staying here.. A huge shout out to Irini .. who did so much before and during the visit to make sure we had the most wonderful time. Someone needs to promote and look after her. What a credit to the hotel and the organisation PS ...ask for Thanos if you are using the hotel's transportation.. such a great guy .. nothing is too much trouble

Throughout my life I have seen several hundred hotels on different continents, countries and cultures. The Astir Palace is the best hotel I have ever been to anywhere in the world. It´s unique location, it´s size, style and amenties, it´s restaurants and staff create an unforgettable experience that trumps even the best hotels at Half Moon Bay, in Paris, London, Italy or on the Greek islands. A legendary place.

We stayed in the Nafsika building and I can not rate this property or the staff highly enough! If you are lucky enough to visit Athens then this place is a must. It fits the bill for all ages. The property is large enough to spread out and meet when you choose. The spa is outstanding and did I mention the staff are AMAZING!!

Such a cool place! Kind of retro exterior, brand new interior. Amazing service, grounds are glorious and interesting, just a great setup! The restaurants here are easily the best restaurants of any hotel I’ve ever been to in the world. Pelagos is a Micheline Star, they have a Matsuhisa sushi restaurant, and beef bar is out of control delicious. Just for starters. It’s situated on a little cove and very close to Athens, which is ideal because you don’t want to be in town in Greece. You want to be on the water. They have a little beach and also a giant deck from which you can jump in the water. I just don’t recall a more “interesting” Four Seasons and another than Aman, it’s our favorite brand. Cannot say enough! They have tennis courts, a Heli pad, it’s a sprawling complex but somehow still make it feel like an intimate and small hotel because of the way it’s laid out, where it weaves in and out of little hills and those lovely Greek mini pine trees, etc. We were there for only two nights on our way back from Amanzoe and getting ready for our departure from Athens, but we would have been completely happy there all week too. Love this place!!! Truly great. Great for families too, as the kids can swim in a protected little lagoon. Water sports like wake boarding and jet skiing right there. Could go on and on about it.

Three seasons resort, for now. Let me start by mentioning the positives. This resort is absolutely gorgeous! It was designed in an elegant and sublime fashion. What I love about the Four Seasons is that they often buy iconic properties and turn them into something even more special. This is definitely the case here as well! The grounds are splendid, the decor is simply divine and the rooms are spectacular. The staff are extremely nice and they are trying really hard, but unfortunately when it comes to the quality of the service, this is not a Four Seasons resort, yet. This is our third day here and already a few things occurred that shouldn’t have. We asked housekeeping for champagne glasses repeatedly, so far we only received wine glasses. For some reason they do not clean the outdoors. We keep on calling and asking for it to be cleaned, but yesterday we had to call three times to get it cleaned. We also had to call three times to get an ice bucket… Yesterday at the beach, I waited for my food for over an hour. When I enquired about it, I was told that it was coming. Only when I asked for a third time, did someone actually check on it and it turned out that it had never been ordered… I know that mistakes happen but someone should have checked on it the first time I asked about the delay. My beer arrived 40 minutes after I ordered it… The servers are very friendly but they just seem overworked. Today at breakfast, when I was about to feed my daughter some yogurt, I noticed that it was covered in mould… I decided to mention these things because once again my terrace has not been cleaned, despite the fact that we complained about it over two hours ago and maybe finally someone will notice this. These are small things but they do add up and they are definitely not what one expects when one books a room at the Four Seasons. I hope that this will help you improve, but for now, it feels more like three seasons, unfortunately.

I have found that the preponderance of hospitality venues have declined in their services due to COVID over the past two years (inclusive of 5 Star Hotels). The Four Seasons of Athens should serve as an exemplar for the industry. I personally attribute the foregoing to the extraordinary attention to detail and genuine level of caring displayed by Ms. Anastasia Banila and her entire team. Indeed, they made my daughter Abby's wedding as majestic as a Greek sunset. I would also be remiss if I failed to mention that my significant other and I relished our stay at your fine hotel so much thanks to the involvement of Jann Kaiser and Franck Deroche, that we shortened our island hopping after the wedding to return for several days at your fine hotel prior to departing back to New York. What can I say?....you all deserve major Kudos!! With heartfelt appreciation

All I can say is WOW! Simply perfect. The service was top notch. We stayed in a bungalow with a plunge pool overlooking a quiet beach. Every amenity is here. The service and qualify of everything was 110%. The bed was so soft. A big thank you to Achilleas at the beach. He was so accompanying, friendly and made our stay great. He worked his tail off in the heat and was never tired. He brought food and recommended some amazing places. A huge asset to the hotel. The application to talk to the concierge was great. You can request room service, taxis to restaurants and cleaning service. Simply perfect.

We went for a spa day without being guests of the hotel. Pricey, but worth it. The massage was great, professional. The facility is gorgeous. We were able to swim in the heated pool, lounge in the jacuzzi, sweat in the sauna all in lovely robes provided by the facility. We loved it!

I don't even know where to begin! My husband and I stayed here for a week. This hotel is fabulous! Every single person we came in contact with who works here was so kind and helpful. When we needed a cab, they always had one ready and waiting for us. Anything we needed, they got promptly. The restaurants are unbelievably good. The poolside food was great as well. I still miss the fresh ceviche. We did get room service the last night since we had a very early flight home. The room service dinner menu looked great, and we loved their breakfast, so we decided to give it a try. It was very underwhelming. We were both disappointed that our last meal there wasn't great. I definitely recommend sticking with the restaurants. The rooms were always stocked with fresh towels and supplies. The turndown service was phenomenal as well. We really enjoyed renting a cabana by the pool and having our own personal attendant. The drinks at the pool, bars, and restaurants are always top-notch. The views weren't too shabby either. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we're already planning our trip back!

Stunning hotel. Beautiful views from the rooms, restaurants and pools. Everyone on property was very friendly and helpful. We even liked the hot sauce at one of the restaurants which the manager was nice enough to send us home with two bottles of their hot sauce. Overall a wonderful experience.

10/10! We had the best stay! This Four Seasons is very modern and has a Hamptons vibe for it's rooms. The entire property is gorgeous and picture worthy! My little dog and I visited from Canada and they took amazing care of both of us! I absolutely love all the amenities they gifted for my little doggy!

I love this Four Seasons hotel😍. My friend stayed here for five nights and I stayed one night, and we both enjoy the fantastic view as well as the excellent service here. My friend said he was also impressed by the pizza he ordered at night. For me, I was most impressed by the staffs here since they prolonged my stay here once they knew my flight was in the late afternoon. I would highly recommend this one to everyone who is planning to visit Athens.

Location wise perfect. But that’s what you have to expect from such a brand. We lived in Dubai and I should say their service is not great. We are regular visitors to their venues, and I would say their services and cleanliness is not great. Specially in Avra lounge. Food is super average so drinks are. We expect more from four seasons Astir.

Top notch five star resort. Exactly what the Four Seasons is known for. Did not disappoint. Staff is incredible, service is great, property is beautiful, concierge or knowledgeable and go above and beyond. At the pool we asked for whipped cream in one of our coffees and the pool waiter went all the way up to the kitchen and asked the pastry chef to whip up some real pastry whipped cream filling. It was awesome.

Recently refurbished at high standards, somehow it fails to achieve 5* look and feel. Service is 5* but it is the surroundings are what make this hotel stand out - the trees, the sea make one forget this setting is only 20 miles from downtown Athens. I wish they were more creative with the building - it is supposed to be the most exclusive hotel but ...

Should you expect for hours to your rooms? Should you expect dirty floor on the balcony? Should you expect no compliments at your BD, only troubles? Yes, you should, especially, if you pay 1200E per night. We are now here, first hour like we are in 2 stars hotel, not in 4S. Oh, one more thing. We were met at the entrance with several questions like "are we sure that we have a reservation", because we do not look loaded. Really, 4S, that is the service???

The best resort in Athens! The service is like no other. They will do anything for you and with elegance. Architecturally is amazing, the quality of the materials and the views are all well thought. The restaurants have each their own individual character, with great food and winelist. I have nothing to complain!

Extremely comfortable and friendly hotel and resort. The staff were uniformly great and accommodating, especially when helping us out with a late departure. Food on site is also a cut-above. We didn't have a bad meal over the whole week and everything was tasty.

We just returned from a 4 night stay and it was absolutely divine. The location is stunning and the facilities and service exactly what you would expect from the Four Seasons brand. Beautiful location and great service aside, the real stand-out during our trip was the fantastic kids club. Our daughter LOVED going there and the staff without exception were absolutely brilliant. There is a different activity every hour and they truly take the time to get to know each child - our daughter had such a good time that she didn’t want to leave whenever we came to pick her up and then couldn’t wait to go back the next day. The kids club wasn’t really on our radar when we booked but it’s definitely one of the reasons we would come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you so much to the amazing team!
