Very nice travel and discoveries with friends in the Cyclades islands. Thank you very much to the crew of the Genny yacht for having pampered us during these 2 amazing weeks.

Bareboat charter of FYLY SY Amigo (Dufour 460GL/2020) in Mykonos Oct 01 -Oct 08 2022: At boat takeover we reported already diesel smell in the aft cabins nevertheless the FYLY employee stated that the boat had been refuelled and that that smell would be temporary and dissipate; unfortunately for us, it did not dissipate! During our whole charter we discovered and reported several additional weaknesses/issues to the charter company and the FYLY Mykonos base manager Karagiorgos Makis ; with the permanent Diesel smell in several cabins being the biggest health endangering and discomforting issue! FYLY Amigo - Dufour 460 GL - List of issues: 1. Diesel smell - strong smell of diesel, one rear cabin was completely unusable, another rear cabin had only very limited use. Due to bad weather conditions we were back at the Mykonos base on Oct 5 2022 and further investigation by ourselves showed that a diesel film was present in the bilge thus we decided to add some water into the bilge and then pump off the liquid in the bilge with the electrical bilge pump. We discovered that the bilge pump was electrically operating, as it did also at boat handover, BUT it did not pump a single centilitre out of the bilge (!). We then decided to use the manual bilge pump and guess what, that one was also not pumping anything! As such we discovered that we were given a boat by FYLY Mykonos base having 2 broken bilge pumps!! The FYLY base manager was called to see this failure with his own eyes and he was unable himself to get the pumps to work. He then tried to tell us that we had broken both pumps but he had to give up on that allegation rather quickly. It goes without saying that such a safety-failing boat should never have been handed over by FYLY as bilge pumps are life-saving devices! 2. On Oct 6 2022 12:00, FYLY executed a cleaning nevertheless it was a total fail as subsequently all fore and aft cabins had strong diesel smell. 3. Aside these major boat issues additional weaknesses were discovered and reported in writing and pictures: 1. boat hook is unstable, not lockable, end handle comes loose 2. cleat on mast to which the topping lift is secured has come loose, fall off 3. Emergency ladder not accessible from the water 4. Torn seam at a life jacket 5. missing whistle at a life jacket 6. loose fastening sleeves of the swim ladder, ladder is turning under the bathing platform 7. backrest cockpit (railing at the stern) wobbles 8. topping lift is not adjustable from cockpit which results in inability to trim sails while sailing and to fold/unfold the bimini while sailing 9. mainsail pulley is hardly turning and might soon break 10. one reefing pennant is crossed which raises friction 11. hinge of seat flap over outside shower torn came out and was already broken at handover 12. one fender defective (no air) 13. two mooring ropes/lines are damaged 14. hand pumps in toilets are difficult to operate 15. dirty bathrooms (soap residues, mold), mattresses, sheets and towels 16. door handles are loose 17. salt water tap in the kitchen is without function / pump 18. Plenty of Hull damages which were not visible from the deck/above because of neighboring boats in the Marina 19. Many cabinet hinges / locks are defective 20. We were urged by FYLY to the fast handover on 1/10/2022 Summary: To find a two year old sailing yacht in such a used condition does not show regular, caring and professional maintenance by the charterer FYLY. FYLY did not deal properly with the diesel smell nor with the bilge pump failures (we were even titled in writing by the Athens headoffice responsible Filippos Konstantinidis to be “story tellers” despite having written confirmation of the intense diesel smell by an independent third party and 3rd party witness of the bilge pump failures) thus WE CANNOT RECOMMEND NOR TRUST FYLY and for sure we will never contract again with FYLY.

Charter of SY Optasia (Dufour 470/2022) in Kos Sep 24-Oct 01 2022. When arriving at the marina in Kos we did not find any office of Fyly. After searching we were told that Archon is taking care of Fyly charters and boats. Archon has a large fleet in the marina which is their first priority. We had the impression that the few boats of Fyly are only secondary for them. Our boat (Dufour 470 / 2022) was in a condition as if it was already many years old. Upon our return we mentioned several items which need to be repaired, but nobody seemed to be interested. Worst thing was that the equipment of the boat was not in accordance with the equipment as per contract. We expressively asked for a yacht with genoa, which was confirmed in writing. Instead the yacht only has a self-tacking jib. A self-tacking jib is a no-go for our charters, we never would have chartered this boat if we had known this before! Other items too were deviating from the boat description: no davit for the dinghi, instead a large wet bar and solar power (which is good). Upon our return we mentioned the following deficiencies: - the trim of the rigg was done so badly that the entire boat was heavily vibrating in certain wind conditions. - blocks were not strong enough to hold the lines. - one of the forward cabins could not be ventilated due to a broken hatch. - instruments on port wheel showed wrong data for SOG and depth - door handles fell off - toilet seats were loose Nobody took any notes or seemed to be interested otherwise. This was one of the worst charters we ever had. We will not charter again from Fyly neither will we recommend Fyly.

We had fantastic sailing holidays in the Cyclade. All was perfect. We rented a bareboat catamaran . We had a very good service from FYLY, Rory was our main contact. All our questions before the trip were answered in a very short delay. On site Makes, took care of us. The provisioning was done so that the boat was ready when we arrived. The checkin was done in a pragmatic way. The boat (catamaran FP 45 Greek beauty 2020) was in a very good conditions and well prepared so that we had no problem during our 2 weeks trip. The checkout was also easy. I can recommend this charter company. If we return on day i will for sure work again with them.

Had a wonderful day. The catamaran was beautiful, spacious & spotlessly clean. The crew were lovely & looked after us really well. We all started out as strangers but came back friends. Highly recommend this trip, it was fabulous!

So great to meet serious sailing broker / renters professionals. We have rented twice with them, catamarans of 45 and 50 ft (Lagoon). Apart from the usual and typical issues that one can (should?) expect from boats that are extensively rented, the communication and trust with the Fyly team, crew and managers was impeccable. The Fyly team was supportive and understanding all across the 2x15 days of our crew and I warmly recommend them either as an owner as a Client. The boats were well maintained overall, very well equipped and Fyly new dock made it even easier to come to. PS : I have read that some fellow clients had problems but I guess this is the Captain's duty to (over)prepare and anticipate the cruise by double checking every single piece of the boat before leaving. As we say "expect the best, prepare for the worse". This has been my spirit for the past 20 years I've been renting boats and we have never had any major issue. Fair winds everyone and enjoy the Med with care :)

Wow. This was my first sailing experience and it was a great one. I want to congratulate the FYLY team because they met ever challenge with a smile. When we discovered a technical problem with our initial vessel (no fault of FYLY), they calmly found a solution in a timely manner, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. They also took the time to check in on us and explain their philosophy: they work hard so that we dont have to… and they truly made that happen for us. I highly recommend their services.

We spent one week on the Lagoon 400 S2 - Footprints - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE . It was DIRTY, very BAD SMELL, NO AC (air conditioning), NO GENERATOR - no way to charge mobile phones or something… we strongly don’t recommend!

Rented Olymipius zeus. Very poor maintainance (kitchen doesnt have basics, no coffee machine or kettle, no wine glasses, cracked and poor quality utensils/ refrigerators dont cool enough, curtain pegs missing, long list...) and very poor cleaning. No snorkeling gear. No answer on watsap during rental.

We have just completed a two week bareboat charter from Lavion, Greece. Having chartered in may places around the world i advise that these guys are the best in the business. From the first communication to the final sign off on return their team was outstanding. The boat is was in great condition (better than they discribed) with the highest level of equipment I have had on a yacht. The Hanse 457 sailed extremely well and is a fast safe vessel . They arranged the contacts to obtain the HARD TO GET berths in the busy islands and kept in touch to answer any question. A special thanks you for the marina team that made our experience outstanding. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very negative experience lived in Greece in August 2021 due to the bad customer assistance in the management of a serious problem to the boat (evidently caused by the lack of ordinary maintenance) All this aggravated by the arrogance and rudeness of the leaders of society

Professionalism from the beginning from the main office and especially Katerina who had tons of patience with all questions. Very nice week with beutiful sailing experiences and dolphins on the last day. Supermarket delivery from Flora in Mykonos was a catastrophe which delayd us several hours despite several mail conversations.

We sailed on the Kalimar in the Ionian See. The crew, Lliana and Emilio, where a dream team. Emilio for his expertise in handling the ship and anchoring in the most beautiful bays of the islands. Lliana for her culinary skills. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were of top class level. We enjoyed every minute on board. Thanks to Emilio and his " water toys" , the kids (and adults) had the time of their lives. We will remember these holidays for a long time. We only missed the wind, to see how this ship can sail.

We sailed the Argo-Saronic gulf (Egina, Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Agkistri) with the High Jinks yacht. All islands were different and perfect at the same time. The weather was also much more predictable than Cyclades, so for a family with young kids it was a safer choice. The crew, Kostas, Bozi and Dimitra were truly exceptional. They made us feel welcome and they worked hard to make everything perfect. Dimitra's cuisine is truly outstanding. Each meal was a taste journey by itself. We can easily call this the best week of our life. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing experience with an amazing yacht called "Pinta" please our need at anytime. We had some good waves in the open sea but the captain was there to help us get through it. We had everything we wanted at any time and the outcome was a very pleasant yachting holidays.
