Worst hotel in Attingal. Very greedy for money. We called from Trivandrum and booked a room to stay. They provided a room which had a damaged air-conditioner. They didn't bother to check the room before we arrived. We tried to but couldn't stay for even one hour. It was very hot in the room which was facing the sun. There was a ruffian there called Santhosh, who charged us for 24 hours stay........we paid because there was an innocent receptionist who started crying saying her salary will be cut. She's old enough to be our daughter so we paid the full amount eventhough we barely spent about one hour in the room. I request the owners of the hotel to look into the matter. Edit: We haven't yet got our refund after waiting for almost a month.......I guess they are still "looking into the matter ".....guests beware before paying any advance here Edit: "they are still looking into the matter"....LOL.....guests beware before paying upfront

We had the location most suitable for our get-together there. The stay was comfortable, and room services were fast responsive, and convenient.

Good staffs especially the lady staffs at reception and food served staff was very pleasant and well mannered, I visited with my wife they gave warm sent off. Excellent staff recommended

executive bar experience was worse. felt a doubt bartender is owner itself, also cusion was not soft or comfortable. was conjusted, small and noisy

You might get more business if the sucurity is infront and not infront of the bar talking to people and not doing his job we waited for 20 min to park the vehicle the security was in the below ground floor bar and didn’t even mind to look

I am talking about your restaurant. I thought it was a good restaurant in town but the food quality was not 4 star but the price seemed more than 4 star. Packing in plastic wrap is not good. Food is not too bad but not value for money. It seems very strange that a four star hotel does not accept card payment.
