The owner told us in a very unpleasant way that we are not allowed to eat outside because of a “lack of personnel” although the very nice waitress said it would be ok for her. We should stay in the very hot and humid conservatory with closed windows. The food was ok but nothing special. Sorry, but this has nothing to do with good customer service. Obviously they don’t need customers?

The service was good, but the quality of the food average. It gave me stomach ache. I didn't like it. Only the Schnitzel and the focaccia bread were good.

We had lunch at Ammerhauser, the staff was very kind and the food delicious (thanks for the vegan options)! The location - we ate outside in the garden - is lovely as well. Thanks for the nice experience!

Amazing hotel! The staff is absolutely incredible, polite and friendly. The room was stunning, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, had lots of options and the coffee was so good. Its 15 min drive to Salzburg, if you don't mind driving, I preffered staying a little outside of the city, the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful.

Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend! We arrived late in the city of Salzburg and everywhere was fully booked due to festival. We were fortunate to find this place and it was absolutely perfect. Free parking outside and right next to a big supermarket. Only 15 minutes out of town. The hospitality was amazing. I tried the sauna and it was as perfectly clean & comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Good WiFi, big room, immaculately clean. Highly recommend. Thank you very much

One of the friendliest hotel I had ever visited. The rooms are great and very clean. The breakfast was the beat with mainly homemade and organic ingredients. The public swimming pool, which can be entered for free, the terrace, the dinner, the environment, the reception … all just great. We are going to visit this hotel again.

It is a family operated hotel, very friendly owners and staff, Hotel is 15 mins away from the city center by car, they provide also free bikes to ride to the city. It was very very hot in Salzburg city center so we were very glad to stay here it was like a oasis after the long hot day of visiting city. Backyard is very serene, you can sit under the trees and have a cold drink. Our room was little smaller than what I expected but very comfortable beds and very very clean. hotel is all bio, eco friendly, they all use recyle papers, they all purchase all their food items from Local farmers. Their food is also very good. Breakfast buffet is very elegant serves all organic food , love their juicer so i can have my carrot juice every morning. There is a public pool also next to hotel, for hot days it is a great place to dip in.

Amazing hotel in underskirt of Salzburg . Great and clean room with balcony , friendly personal . But what amazed us most - dinner and outstanding Austrian schnitzel!!
