The -: The capacity of the large room (50 people) is, in my opinion, overestimated when the courses are full. Men's showers take time to heat up. The ground is slippery. The +: Good lighting and acoustics. Water fountain. Integration of a Poke Bowl service to invigorate yourself after each session.

Apart from the fact that Swedish gymnastics is great! The premises are clean, the changing rooms too!
