I received a bill in an unexpected amount of $521.00 from the lab (Quest) that they use, Wrong Code!! They used wrong code and just received my 2nd bill for that amount AFTER KAREN the office manager said it was taking care of.. run from this place!

High turnover rate for employees! Over worked and under payed. They would benefit from offering their employees health insurance, that would give them incentive to stick around. Result of putting profit above people.

Once again my recent experience was excellent! The PA was excellent. Really took time to listen. Medical assistant was fantastic! Front desk receptionist friendly and outstanding! Efficient online appointment booking. TV screen in office telling wait times. Waiting room has one side for sick patients and another for wellness visits!! Well done. I have a primary care physician, but was out of the office. Always feel I get proper care when urgent needs arise. Great knowledge on asthma!

Went in to check my ankle to see if it was sprained, broken and or fractured. The staff was amazing!! I'm a person that hates to go to the doctor and they made me feel at ease, informed and all around relaxed!! My go to from now on!!!

I came in for a Covid swab. The staff was professional and so kind when swabbing. It was a quick visit and had results the next day. Would recommend and will be back

I would highly recommend this facility. Came in late one night shortly before they closed and they treated me so kind and took such good care of me.

They billed insurance wrong code, insurance won’t pay it now and they said only dr can fix it. My mom went up there to have it fixed and they said it’s out of their hands. So if you want to pay extra because they don’t know how to bill insurance correctly, than this is the place for you.

The young woman Brooke that works here was so nice and helpful. Very high level of professionalism and short wait times. You don't find medical professionals like Brooke often.

We had an amazing experience at Pine Knob Urgent Care... my teen had an awful burn from the grill... the entire facility was spotless, staff was welcoming & helpful, and medical team took care of her quickly and had us on our way in no time! Thank you for a great experience... we will most definitely be back!

I pulled up, 15 minutes late for covid test, but they schedule things so smoothly it didn't seem to bother them. Olivia and the whole place was very professional and neat.

They were all super nice & quick. The facility itself is super clean & updated too. The doctor helped me a lot with figuring out what was wrong & treating me. I would definitely come back here. From out of town I got word that I had been near a person just positive for COVID. Quick search led to Pine Knob UC. Parked in their lot and was registered. Kathy said I could get in tomorrow, but maybe today. Two hours later called me back in. I got an Antigen rest--negative, and then PCR, "48-72 hours", so I drove home (4 hours). Just got the call my PCR is also negative. It's been 42 hours. Very helpful friendly people here....

This place is amazingly quick and courteous with their COVID testing!! I never have waited “too long” for my test results to come back and I feel comfortable going there. Their nurses are nice and good at their job. You don’t even have to get out of your car! I definitely recommend.

I have been to Pine Knob Urgent Care on two occasions with mild symptoms, and during both visits I had the best experience I ever had at a medical institution. The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. The most amazing part was a few days after I went I received a phone call from the Urgent Care asking how my ear infection was healing! Really made me feel that they care about their patients!

I went to the PKUC directly after breaking my collar bone. I showed up just before they were to close (yeah, I was that guy). They were very quick and got an xray done that clearly showed it was broken. I was given a sling, a prescription, and a couple of business cards for orthopedic surgeons and was out of there in less than an hour. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.

I just want to say most compassionate people I’ve ever been in a walk-in clinic with very professional. Highly recommended . Thank You !

I just went to get a covid test and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get tested. Very friendly on the phone as well as the one who gave me my test.

Called over 100 times this morning to get a rapid test done. Went to front door to see what’s up and was ignored with a head shake. I asked to make a appointment and they said to keep calling. Wish I could give em zero stars. I will not be returning to this location.

Service was fast and professional. I’ve brought my kids here many times, but I usually sought care at a clinic I had been using for years. The Pine Knob facility is clean and pleasant, and I will now make it my place to go when I need urgent care.

If you guys could get 0 stars that would be ideal. I brought both my kids in to be seen on 12-18-23 for headache and cough and the dr said oh just keep giving them Tylenol and didn’t test them for anything and I had to ask her to check out my other daughter, she was really about to only check one of them and I asked her to check my other daughter out too! Then I asked if she was gonna run any tests and she said there’s really no point since they don’t have a fever. Well today 12-19-23 I sent my kids to school, I get a call they’re not feeling well and to come get them. I take them straight to McLaren ER and guess what my kids tested positive for influenza A and strep so thanks so much for your “thorough” job and having me send my CONTAGIOUS kids to school. Do your jobs better please!

We always feel great about being seen by your office. Everyone is friendly even when it is busy. We got in and out fast. Our prescription was ready and waiting at the pharmacy. The PA was hesitant to overprescribe antibiotics which I appreciate; but also gave us an opportunity to call if it just isn't getting better and we can fill a prescription at a later time. All in all we had another great experience.

The medical assistant was helpful, efficient, and friendly. The PA was very helpful, understanding, and kind. He listened to my concerns and prescribed what I think was the right medicine. Everyone, including the ladies at the front desk, were professional.

The staff are always kind and nice even when they are super busy. Especially when dealing with people who are impatient. Best urgent care I've been to so far. Why I always come to this one.

Went in for flu-like symptoms and was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. I got swabbed for flu & Covid and had my results quickly. Whole process took less than an hour.

The medical staff are very helpful and professional. The billing side of things, not so much. Took 7.5 weeks to get my invoice with a due date for payment less than two weeks after the statement date. The invoice is not itemized, and if they assert that additional testing beyond the physical examination is not billed separately, that isn't true. If you want an itemized statement, you have to call and ask, then wait 3-5 business days. I would be very wary of the billing practices here, although the staff is very kind and helpful.

This review is only for COVID19 testing. The medical side of Pine Knob UC is excellent. I received a rapid test and turned out positive. The explanation as well as the follow up directions I was given by person that did the testing made no sense at all. The next day I went and had a PCR test which came out negative. I strongly recommend you go else where for your COVID19 test. For urgent medical care Pine Knob has a very professional staff.

If you can get through on the phone, their service is rapid and great but the phone system is awful!!! It says the "customer isn't available to take your call" or "your call can't be completed as dialed", and it hangs up. I'm sure they have a lot of call volume but that doesn't always seem.to be the case. When I spoke to the receptionist and asked if the phone had been ringing off the hook, she said no. I had been trying to call for 15 minutes and kept getting a variety of the above messages, so I'm not sure what is going on but they need to get a phone system that works properly... especially in times like these!

My wife and I got COVID-19 tested here, both rapid test and the more authoritative PCR test, and both came back negative thankfully. They have a lot of inbound call volume now and their phone system is kind of janky which makes it hard to get through but if you keep trying you should be able to make it. I was able to make a same-day appointment on a Saturday by calling first thing in the morning. Seems like a nice place.

Please fix your phone system. Hangs up or says cant be completed as dialed. I know these are challenging times, but please help your community with improved access and information.

This is a very efficent urgent care facility. The staff is top notch in the medical field. Very caring staff.

I highly recommend this center!! Incredibly kind and patient nurses... plus Liz was the best Covid swabber ever! I was so afraid...but she gently swiftly got the job done!!

Everything about our visit was impressive, I did all the paperwork on line and they were ready for us and understood our need to be efficient and move each step along as we had a flight to catch but needed medical care beforehand, the staff was amazing and personable and caring and very professional. Two thumbs up ! Trust this place.

Very friendly staff. Communicated ongoing about the process. Very efficient. Dr. (PA) was attentive, focused, apologized for the wait (which wasn't extreme). Did a great job stitching up the wound. I wouldn’t hesitate returning if needed.

First visit to this urgent care was for covid testing. From scheduling the appointment to being swabbed, everyone was very professional and courteous. We got an appointment SAME DAY! Kalli did a great job swabbing my two youngest and I was impressed at how well she handled them (they were NOT happy). I appreciate all the kindness and patience shown. Will definetly be returning to this location!!

Alana is great!! Have seen her many times and she is always giving amazing service and is an awesome listener!! On the other hand the receptionist working during my visit seemed to not want to be there and not only did she seem to have an attitude with me but toward her fellow coworkers.

Ever since I found PKUC it’s been my favorite. They have always been friendly, checked every thing they could & made sure they missed nothing. I was there this passed week and had the MA Kyle, he was great. He was very attentive, brought me ice packs and very gentle when it came to testing. The doctor was phenomenal and very caring as well. However, the front desk admin is incredibly rude. No hello, no compassion. You could tell she didn’t want to be there. I thought it’s late, maybe a rough day. Called for results a few times, for different testing and each time was incredibly rude. My doctor was requesting results while I was on the office and mention how rude she was as well.

I had the most wonderful experience at urgent Care that I've ever had before. All the way down to the receptionist they all took really great care of me. I just went to the pine knob urgent care this morning. Friday I went to a different urgent care and didn't get nearly the attention and medication needed like I got from the pine knob urgent Care. I would recommend this urgent Care to my friends and family!!!!! Please trust in what I have said as your experience I'm sure we'll be just as delightful as mine!!!!

Recently, had 3 members of my family at urgent care. No appointment was necessary. We were able to walk in and were promptly treated. The staff were efficient, professional, and demonstrated a caring and friendly bedside demeanor. They treated our symptoms and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed prior to us leaving. They had no idea that I’m a nurse in our community. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care they provided. I was immediately glad I chose urgent care for our needs. I would definitely recommend and use again. It’s reassuring to know they are serving our community.

I felt very heard here, the entire staff was so genuine and thorough. The staff member doing my EKG explained where every single lead was going and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The PA and assistant were phenomenal, very clear and repeated to me the instructions going forward. Their care and concern for my future health was very sincere. I have a follow up with a primary care doctor Tuesday! I honestly would not have had the confidence to make that appointment if they didn't validate my concerns about my health. THANK YOU ALL. Called before going to confirm how long this place is open today for walk in testing (it's different from online) got there and was told it's appointment only to get tested. Disappointed, they could have told me on the phone or fixed the website information.

The Registration was quick and simple, the swab was very unpleasant as was the girl who swabbed me this evening.

I called right at 8 am to get a Covid test, and they hung up on me. I tried calling back and of course they are busy. This place is a joke to get a covid test.

Nothing about this was nice or quick. Online info says one thing, the nasty lady at the front desk was yelling other things. Said ppl had to call the number to make an appointment but every time you call you don’t get through. The nasty lady said that we have to keep on calling until we get through. None of us hopeful patients standing outside could make an appointment in person as we are chain-calling the same number to try and get through. The nasty lady at the desk on 11/19/2020 at 8:00am yelled at anyone that tried to enter the front door for information. We advised the nasty lady that they should update their online information and at the very least put more/better literature outside.

Excellent reception upon arrival. Quick to get ins approval and efficiency, top notch First Nurse was kind, explained what the next steps were and asked me detailed questions to inform the physician The Doctor was attentive to my concerns and needs, she was quick to get lab results and explained in great detail about my issue and the medications prescribed. I am grateful also for the entire staff’s willingness and agreeing to see me when I ran into the building at 5:55 pm finding they closed at 6 They treated me like I was a long time patient!! My 1st time at a Urgent care facility and it was a very pleasant, unstressful and great final outcome of repair. Everyone was very nice and Christian did an excellent job stitching me up, thanks to all involved. I hope I don't have to visit anytime soon but at least I know where to go now.
