Super recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a nice view of the Auckland skyline, it is equally amazing day or night, but be aware during the night there is no car access, but during the day there’s quite a good amount of parking, you can even find some people fishing here. Also an amazing place to do photo shoots!!!

A great spot to view Akl skyline day & night. With boats & yachts in front it gives Akl city a great name - City of Sails :)

A highly recommended local spot for a sunset or just a view of the skyline.

Good views of the City skyline. Accessible via underpass and runs along the motorway, so the hum of the cars is constantly at the background. There is a jetty and few other spots from where it’s easy to take unobstructed photos of the city.

Found out by random, was driving down the road for a U turn and saw the sign of the Sulphur beach. The name was appealing, so I had to have a look. Surprisingly, it is a hidden spot just under the bridge, with an incredible view of the city. You can drive and park anywhere there. It is close to the police station, so it is safe. Saw people fishing, but not swimming. Worth a visit.

Best place to get/see Auckland city skyline or full moon; also used as boat ramps and storage. Used to be quiet but now is too crowded especially on weekends.

Great vantage point both day or night. Good for those who walk or cycle as this is in a culdesac residential area. Not sure you can get to the beach from here though and wouldn't try to at night!

Very cool spot, NO CAR ACCESS following several bad landslides. You have to clamber over debris.
