It's a fun place to visit! U can either run or walk with ur loved ones! The beach is not that much beautiful! But it's good for walking!

Beautiful place to take the family out for the day, amazing beach, scenery, water fountain. Perfect place to relax , plenty of restaurants, hotels n food outlets. Highly recommend

Beautiful walk to Mission Bay ! Very scenic here with lovely fountains and the Pohutukawa trees are so awesome this year . There is a lovely children's playground here by the car park and lots of places to eat.

Nice big beach with lots of areas to have a picnic on grass and/or sand conveniently located just across the road from many restaurants etc. Lots of trees for shade too. Only downside bout the beach itself is the cracked sea shells spread out throughout the sand that make walking bare foot a little difficult.

Great place only 10 minutes with the car from Auckland city center... nice beach also with the a great park and ideal spot for picnics, kids playground and doing sports... also nice restaurants in the area, fast food places, coffee shops and a few bars... I used to go there very much especially at night when it’s not crowded and enjoy my time... on weekends you can see a lot of people having fun at the park, the beach or at the shops nearby... I like his place very much and you can see that authority does a good job because always it’s clean and enjoyable...

Ideal for sunny day with kids on the beach. Nice play area. Fountain is impressive. Great food outlets. Recently opened island gelato is the icing on the "cake"

Busy park and beach on the weekend. Parking is easy to find before noon for the weekends. Nice views and well maintained. There is kayak/paddleboard for hire on the beach. Easy to access restaurants and shops.

A wonderful spot to take in the natural surroundings while still being close to the conveniences of city life. On one side, there is the ocean, and on the other, there are nice eateries. There is ample parking, and you may spend some quality time there.

A nice place for a walk, but often crowded and hard to find a carpark. Best to park further along the Auckland waterfront and walk. Lots of places to eat. Beware of crazy e-scooter riders.

One of the best beach i have ever visited. Go there with your loved ones and feel the sun shine. Also there are so many sea food store around the beach And some water sports. Great way to spent a evening in summer.

Good park to relax at, beach on one side a number of coffee shops and eateries across the road. Finding a carpark is a bit hard in the weekends very popular place to grab a bite have a catch up and be seen.

Awesome place, one spot which you can really visit anytime of the day. I consider this the central point of mission bay. Great access to the beach, good park for group sports, restaurants, ice cream outlets, fast food, everything in one place! A lot of people spend the day here with their families, it's also a good place to start a relaxed bike ride. A place I highly recommend anyone stopping by or even a casual sunday drive, you won't be disappointed!
