We
have
used
Harwood’s
twice
before
to
replace
diamonds
in
my
wedding
band
and
metalwork
(bent
claws)
which
is
why
our
experience
this
time
is
so
confusing
and
disappointing.
Dropped
my
engagement
ring
and
wedding
band
off
on
Saturday
the
30th
of
September
(I
believe)
to
be
cleaned,
settings
checked
and
one
diamond
replaced
in
my
engagement
band.
The
sign
outside
said
approx.
10
days
for
work,
no
problem,
had
always
had
great
service
in
the
past.
After
heading
nothing,
on
the
11th
of
October
I
received
an
email
quote
which
I
immediately
replied
to
and
approved.
No
problem.
Around
the
25th
October,
I
call
for
an
update
but
get
told
they
will
call
me
back
with
an
update.
No
call
back.
The
following
day,
my
husband
goes
in
and
at
first
the
rings
cannot
be
located,
then
he’s
told
one
of
the
rings
are
offsite
with
the
jeweller
and
that
the
replacement
diamond
has
been
ordered
and
should
be
there
in
the
next
few
days.
Today
(2nd
November),
we
follow
up,
still
no
diamond,
get
told
it
could
be
another
1-2
weeks.
At
this
point,
we
give
up,
ask
for
the
rings
back
and
that
we’ll
go
elsewhere.
Husband
goes
in
to
collect
and
we
get
told
they
had
it
scheduled
to
do
tomorrow?
Needless
to
say,
we
have
collected
the
rings
and
will
take
elsewhere.
Lack
of
consistent
story,
no
communication
has
made
us
super
concerned
-
so
disappointing
as
we
always
recommended
Harwoods
after
our
previous
experiences.
