From the moment you walked in it was such a welcoming environment, - one of the nicest , most modern clinics I've ever seen and made you feel immediately comfortable. You were greeted with the lovely reception staff who were informative, very pleasant and you could tell they were smiling under the masks when greeting you. Tracy who performed my scan was absolutely fantastic , she made you feel comfortable, offered you privacy when you needed it and immediately made you feel at ease about the procedure. Tracy made conversation throughout to help take your mind off the ultrasound and make it a more comfortable environment. By far the best experience I have had to date, Staff are friendly, honest, accommodating and when faced with a problem drive straight into a solution. I absolutely recommend Mercy and I am brave enough to state this is the best company I have visited in at least 10 years. Wonderful staff. I was in considerable pain and they treated me with compassion and care which went way beyond what was required. Very much appreciated by those of us in pain, even when that cannot readily be alleviated. Caring support from those around us makes an enormous difference and the staff certainly made things a lot easier for me.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Ultrasound tech was so lovely. Allowed partner and toddler in the room too which was not allowed at other places. A bit more expensive compared to other places but 100% worth the money. Will definitely book my other scans here to get the same value, service and wonderful experience.

Awesome, handy location as well overdue & needed here in Pukekohe. Friendly & very polite staff who inform & walk you through any procedures being undertaken. Being a disabled lady & have some quirks with the scanning process, the staff were very thoughtful, kind & helpful throughout my last couple of scans that proved to be a bit of a challenge to get done. I would highly recommend this branch for its service, staff & location 1st before anywhere else. We need more like this in Pukekohe for sure.

I would recommend Mercy Radiology (Pukekohe). Easy to park just outside the hospital and they were easy to find just inside the hospital main entrance. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Explained my CT scan procedure very clearly and were very kind throughout the whole procedure. I was in and out quickly, but didn't feel rushed at all. I would definitely come back to this facility again in the future. Thank you for taking good care of me.

So clean and the Staff was very helpful and polite and our appointment was on time . we just waited for 5 minutes. We were very satisfied with the service

I have very bad anxiety, but the staff at Mercy Radiology were amazing! From the very first phone call to confirm my appointment to the MRI and Xray procedures! I didn't know that I was going to be claustrophobic, but the staff were able to read my body language so quickly I did not even have to say anything.
