Average of 1-2.5 hours wait. Doctors see you for less than 5mins so why the waiting time is so long no one knows. Reception don't warn people of the waiting time so everyone continues to pile in. Poor Service Doctors have no sense of urgency just take their time, have their breaks, typing up notes like they have all day. Fast forward March 2022 they advised while waiting to see a Doctor that my family were due for our booster shots. My husband, my 2 kids and I got given our booster shots which we were fine with no issues only to find out a month later I get a call from a nurse to apologise they gave the booster shot to both 15 year olds (twins) who were not meant to get it as they were under 18yrs old. No elaboration just that i’m sure kids will get it eventually. Thats it. I made a complaint to Health line and they redirected me to another line and it basically went no where.

NO STARS!!! Got here at 9:30am and still waiting at the doctors at 5:10pm. Apparently, my daughter's sickness isn't an emergency and they kept putting everyone else before her medical needs. Receptionist were amazing 👏 DO NOT COME HERE. IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE DYING AND CANT BREATHE..OR ELSE BE PREPARED TO WAIT ALL DAY. 27 OCT 2022

I have never seen a doctor shouts on receptionist to take a patient. He is male doctor and he refuse to see the patient and I am waiting almost 1 hour and he insulted a person in front of me and tell her to tole me leave. If doctors doesn’t want to do a job he should leave the job and sit at home….

If you ever consider coming to this clinic its the worst of all. Came here at 9am I was asked to come back for BP check. just for BP check they told me come back at 1pm i came back and took me to wait for another 4 hrs. Terrible and very disappointed to the point where your BP was down and by the time you get checked it's skyrocketed. Better to go elsewhere this is not a good place for sick people causing more sickness. Very bad service. Everyday there's a shortage of doctors. Even Stop taking patients in at 10am. That's unrealistic and unprofessional response. You need to look at how you operate and check your service against similar providers around the sector. And If you get a chance probably spend the whole day waiting to be checked. Makes sick people even more sick Everyday bad experience with you that's why I prefer going southseas.

Useless!! everytime we show up first just to be seen after the 20+ people that show up after us. 2+ hour wait to see the nurse usually not including the time to see a dr. How do I make a formal complaint? You don't even deserve the one star rating you have received right now

There's a huge wait due to a poorly managed system. There needs to be a doctor to take patients who are not considered 'emergencies', and another doctor or two to take in emergency patients. Patients waste their time for 5 to 7 hours waiting around ending up sicker than they came in. We understand it's not easy, but a proper system in place will help manage the pressure and the volume of patients coming in.

Very bad customer service. Even they don't know they can do their job or not. Go for medicine their arround 2pm they told today they are busy come tomorrow and afterhat go next day same thing repeat. But their timing is 8am-8pm. It looks like health ministry should look on their working system. Don't want to recommend anyone to go their and waste their time.

What a long wait today, and only 1 doctor on with a waiting room full of people waiting to be seen. Some people left with their sick babies cause it took so long. Nurses A+ service, and receptionists, mind you I decided to go have lunch and went back in befor 2pm and was told I should've reported to the front desk I was back. I'd been there since before 11am and didn't get to see the doctor till after 4pm

I was having second thoughts to come to this place because of the reviews ive read online but My experience with them was not that bad after all, even though I've waited for almost 4 hours to see the doctor. Dr. Patel did a great job 👏 very professional and empathetic. Place : not that hygenic (maybe because the facility is looking too old). Receptionist: They are okay 👍🏻 Waiting time : they have to do something about it and hire more doctors I guess 😅

The service here is beyond disappointing. It's high time you re-evaluated how you run things. Seriously, take a look at your competitors; you're lagging way behind. The receptionists? Don't get me started. Their attitude and lack of basic customer service skills are shocking. They seriously need some training. That's why I've switched to Weymouth Medical Centre. It's like night and day compared to you. They actually know how to treat their patients right.

Long waiting to see doctor. Came at 12pm and receptionist said will see the doctor within 1 hrs,, waited until 4pm,,those who came after me already seen the doctor and I am the one waiting to see the doctor, I am a pregnant women,,asked the reception multiple times,,not even considering a pregnant women waiting for 4 hrs to see doctor.I didn't give any preference for doctor, just want to see any of them,,waited 4 hours to see the doctor...never recommend.very bad experience

Can you change your closing time on Sundays at Browns Road clinic to 2 p.m. I came today to see doctor around 1.25 pm. I was told by this young lady at reception who asked me the reason why I need to see the doctor then told me to come back tomorrow. I checked your website before I drove, it says open and the opening hours Monday to Sunday are 8 am to 8 pm. If it closes at 2 pm on Sundays then it needs to be updated so people don’t drive all the way just to be told it closes early.

Local doctor here you know it get busy but you got to be patient we both waited for 2hours to see the doctors on Sunday the receptionist are doing a awesome job.just have to be patient.

3 hour wait for a 3 minute consultation. They also have some of the worse and unprofessional general practitioners I've ever met. Atleast the nurses are productive.

Absolutely disgusted with Dr Shubras attitude! Not only was I yelled at but after leaving the room, my partner said the doctor had completely turned the story saying I raised my voice and was making demands- If I had of raised my voice, everyone in the doctors would have heard me and saying that we dont know the exact dates for his injury(she had it all in front of her on her computer screen) and that we were told to bring my son in for a check up isn't yelling or demanding anything. She also stood up in a very confronting way while my partner was holding our 1 year old daughter and continued yelling at my partner while my boy was standing there as well- proving that she can't control her anger. How disgusting for a doctor to outright lie, make up false accusations and yell in front of 3 kids, all under 5! Making a formal complaint!

Worst service. So much of waiting time. Takes 2 times day off but still didn’t see doctor. Came 10 am and both time they said come tomorrow. Also just reaping off the money of visitor & work visa people. They don’t deserve even a single star.

I visited this place last Sunday. It was a terrible experience. Especially the receptionist her name is Rakhi. She doesn't know how to treat the patient. She made me wait there for nearly half an hour to register with them.

Honestly I would never go back there. Went there to get a medical certificate cause I was rushing at 11am and they told me at 1:30 to go home and they'll call when it's my time but they called at 5:30pm rushing me to come over cause the only doctor that can do medical certificates is gonna leave....like seriously? That's a bad time to rushsomeone cause of traffic. Got there before 6 and they said she's finishing some notes then go home as I'm late...found out later that they put me last in the queue😠😤

Waiting time was pathetic and long anyways but I called on Thursday to get my repeat prescription and it took 25mins to explain to the SAMOAN receptionist not only that but the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional at times I felt like it was a clinic in Samoa….

Ridiculously long waiting time. Came at 10am and after 6 hrs of waiting still hasn't been seen by the doctor.... Wasted almost half of your day.

It's cheap but that's because you can never get in. Line is usually out the door BEFORE 7am and you still won't see a doctor before 2pm. Staff were friendly but you need a whole day to see a doctor. No appointments possible. Not worth it, had to change doctors in the end. Gave one star only because you aren't allowed to give zero.

When you are expecting for your turn to come soon, which is after 2-3 hours of waiting, you go and check in the reception and again, you are told to wait for another 2-3 hours. It's like this people have no value for the time. When you call to make appointments, they say no appointments, just walk in.

Should close clinic if you don't have doctors, what is point wasting time telling people to go and try other clinics. Complete waste of time.

OmG waiting time is ridiculous why have a walk in when they can't cope with the capacity. The line up starts at 8am by 12pm they have 40 to 50 patients waiting then told to go home cos waiting time is 4 to 5 hours gotta wait for pH call To go back.

Why put callers on hold for soooo long wasting our time waiting for noone to answer? Useless service. If only I can give no stars....even 1 star is too good to give to the poor service you give the public.

A day spent at Local Doctors. Came at reception around 8:02 am and was still waiting at 11:55 am. A person is sick and no matter what, you have to wait. The service is so slow that i was about to lose my mind but then i realised it’s the same situation all over NZ due to lack of doctors.

Would like to thank the amazing Nurse I had this morning for being great an patient with me an helping with my kids wasn’t my greatest morning but you made me feel so much better with your help x thank you Mereana Mangat
