I booked the Indian head massage with Charlene, who was excellent. She carefully explained what it was, as it's a bit different to your normal 'massage' in some of the techniques, but absolutely divine. The oils were amazing and my hair smelt fabulous.

Roland has been helping relieve my tight jaw (TMJ) and teaching me to understand the reasons as to why and how to prevent it going forward. He's been really helpful and professional.

I have been attending 23Therapies for a while now for my massages. I recently switched to Roland for deep tissue sports massage and let me tell you. If you like your massages to feel like you’ve been run over by an 18 wheeler (consensually) then this is the way to go. I own a dance a studio and teach between 8 and 12 hours a week and an hour with Roland gets all those knots out of my body and leaves me feeling ready to take on another week of classes. If you are looking for a true deep tissue sports massage then Roland is the one!

I just want to write a quick appreciation post for Charlene at 23therapies. If you need any sort of waxing done ladies she is by far the best I have ever been to. She has 27yrs of knowledge behind her and I can honestly tell you I was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep, no joke! She's full of knowledge, very skilled, non judgemental and super fast! I left today feeling incredible, no pain whatsoever, no leftover sticky wax residue and well educated for future appointments, I literally feel like I'm on a cloud. Thank you so much Charlene! After spraining both my trapezius & lower back earlier in the week, I hopped online and was grateful to see there was a spot available for a deep tissue massage the very next day! Unfortunately, I decided it was a great idea to go to work before my appointment and sustained a further two injuries (glute & quad). I rang back to ask for an extension on my appointment. Roland was very efficient and professional. He was calm and very kind to me, even coming in on his day off for my second appointment. Roland gave me some exercises to do at home and they have certainly made a difference to my problem. I do not like massage as a rule, but in this case I was desperate for help.
