I am a "younger" person with hearing impairment, and as such was very apprehensive about visiting - I needed not be though! The premises itself is very comfortable, the receptionist super welcoming, and the Audiologist amazing! I have visited twice now, and never have I felt rushed, nor felt that things weren't explained fully to me. Really recommend :)
