Awesome Tyre Shop. Bridgestone met and exceed my expectations. Staff were friendly, knowledge and helpful. Place was clean, welcoming and relaxing (have a hot drink while you wait). The team worked well together, helping each other, even with the new guy on the team (and late in the day) corners were not cut. What exceeded my expectations is they found and pumped up my Spare Tyre, which i did not know I had (Toyota Ipsum, it is a space saver in the center of the car underneath. Accessed by undoing bolt on the floor behind left passage door). Job was done quickly, in and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent experience, would come in the future for my tyre needs.

Wonderful service! I was next door for a warrant and they found a nail through my tyre tread and it need to be removed and tyre rechecked before I could get a warrant. I drove straight next door and spoke to the guys at Bridgestone. They said it might be about $40 to repair (which sounded very reasonable to me) - so they hoisted my car, removed wheel, removed nail from tread, pressure tested tyre and found all was fine as nail just in outter area of tread. Didn’t charge me because they didn’t have to repair - AMAZING service. I’ll be back when I next need tyres or a rebalance as this was fab local service!

We have five vehicles, several commercial ones and they all have Bridgestone tyres. Every time we take vehicles to Bridgestone Tyre Centre, located in Subway Road Pukekoe near the VTNZ the service is outstanding. My partners vehicle was getting a wheel alignment and they sent through a short video to her phone to let her know it was ready and what they had done. The South African Manager is very friendly and professional and I would say where tyres are concerned it doesn't get any better. I would also like to thank the team for helping me with my little vintage car when I needed to get the hubs painted. Excellent Customer Service!

Unfortunately the person I was dealing with told me I needed to buy a second tyre because by swapping my spare (brand new and unused) with my worn tyre (low tread needed replacing but fine for spare) I would fail a WOF, when questioned on it he stood firm and said that's how it is however once I looked into it I found out that is not the case. They also left the tools (used to take out the spare)on my backseat rather than putting them back, citing the kids car seats as the reason because they aren't allowed to touch them (company policy) However they had already removed the car seats to get to the tools, they could have taken the time to put them back and left the kids seats for me to do. I would have given one star but the work carried out seems good, alignment nicely done. Whoever I dealt with needs to know that sort of behaviour loses customers I don't know anything about those regulations so I trust the professionals opinion however I feel that trust was abused to try and sell me a second tyre. Instead of me telling my friends how good this place is because they tried to save me some cash and looked out for me Ill be telling my friends this story and that they should avoid the place!
