They weren't able to do a warrant of fitness for my vintage car because of the VTNZ next door having a "compete" clause in their contract because those VTNZ people apparently own the land they are on - sad, but like all the other PITSTOPS I've used gave great advise where I could go. They do solid mechanical work and are reliable 5 stars

Thanks Clayton for fixing my daughter's mini brake pads and clearly explaining the fault and process. And thanks also for going the extra mile giving me a sump plug washer which was causing oil to leak with no extra charge ! Very much appreciate your friendly approach ( hard to find these days ) and reasonably priced too ! A+++++

I called and asked about the price of the bump stop. It was 170 dollars each. I asked him if it was new. he said yes. However, when I took the car in for repairs, he told me that I needed to replace two bump stops. That means a total of 340dollars. If it's really broken, I think it's okay and I can fix it. But after waiting for 4 hours, the car was repaired. I found out they just took my bump stop apart and put it back together. They were not replaced with new ones, which is almost the same as a scammer. Just to make money and bully some people who don't know anything about cars. Even treating people like idiots. I have sent an email to complain but I don’t know how the result will be resolved. But I don't think people who behave like this can give me any good solutions. Even one star is too much for me to give them. If it had one tenth star, I would definitely click it.

Not sure what Clayton and his team have done my Mark-X! I handed over a simple set of wheels for service, but what they returned to me is a turbocharged beast that practically takes flight. I'm not sure what kind of engine upgrade they secretly performed. Thrilled about my sudden membership in the 'Fast and Furious' club!"

When the Price is right. Went into Pukekohe Pit stop for my car. Such great friendly service from the team. Even took my car to VTNZ for it's WOF.

Overall it was good. I left my car around 8am, was done by 12-noon. Longer than expected. Also I have provided my own oil, engine can receive 5.5L, I have them 6L. Leftover wasn’t given back to me as it usually should. Next time I will have to ask to have it back.

I took my car in for a general service & I was informed that my car would require 2 tyres & a wheelalinement which was good of them to tell me &they changed my headlight bulbs to the correct type as the ones I had were the wrong ones. All in all the service was very good.

Great service and quick turn around. I had a minor exhaust leak that VTNZ failed. So I booked in with Pitstop Pukekohe, They fixed my exhaust issue and even did the WOF recheck for me saving me doing it myself. Great customer service, thanks again.

Great team at Pit Stop Pukekohe. They sorted my brake problems and ran it next door for the WOF recheck. Can't ask for more than that.

Didn't actually go to Pit Stop Pukekohe but sent an enquiry via their website regarding having a towbar fitted which they advertise as a service on the Pit Stop website. Have had no response at all. If they don't want or can't do it then just quick a reply saying can't help would do.
