The flavour are yummy and service is lovely. Ice cream flavours are unique and texture is smooth. Must try their all flavour. The best part is it's open till 8 pm. It's spacious and child friendly. One can sit and enjoy the melt in mouth ice cream or can take a go on shakes.!!!!! Must try.!!!!

Ice cream is good. Had the Pistachio one day and the next time I came to pukekohe I drop by for another flavour. Was torn between all the interesting flavours available. Staff is friendly and let me test try a few options. Fig&Honey and Rocher. Ice cream portion goes all the way down into the cone! So it isn't like a big ball on top and hollow under. It's nice to eat cone ice cream like this, not many places do it. Will come back for the Black Sasme next time! (Sorry now the best photo, I was too eager to eat it before taking a photo for the review)

Icecream was really good. Lots of flavours to choose from. I loved the mango kulffi 😋😋 !!!! It was very rich in taste. I enjoyed every spoon of mango kulffi 🍨🥭🍧. Service was pretty quick. Highly satisfied with the product and service. Malai ice is absolutely best place to start and end your weekend.🎉🎉 😋

My first time at this place. Very impressed - nice clean place, so many menu choices. I had a double scoop dark chocolate (I forget the name (black forest? maybe)) - it was definitely a winner for me. Very impressed, I will definitely be back.

Oh my goodness! We were craving an ice cream and so popped in here! Four of us had different flavours( I had an iced coffee) and they were all DELICIOUS! Such a clean (like, shiny clean) store with friendly staff and an array of ice cream and other menu items to choose from (at good prices). We will be back - SOON!

Beautiful ice creams and sorbets. The watermelon sorbet is amazing! Nice clean premises with friendly staff. Happy to have this new shop in town. A real treat and will be excellent for the hot summer.

Great icecream flavours I have never seen before I tried the liquorice ice cream very creamy and tastey. I liked how they gave me a free sample before I paid to make sure I loved it. You must try it! 🍦🍨

Amazing ice creams and desserts. Tried the rocher and latte macchiato flavours with waffles. I haven't tasted a better ice cream in Auckland. 5 stars! Highly recommended!! :)

Lovely place to grab a cold treat. My partner found this place and we have been there total 3 times. Bringing our friend out there for after dinner treat next. Quiet spot so lucky to get park each time. Great gelto and sorbet.

Love this place! The ice cream flavours are all really good. I’m always torn trying to decide which flavour to choose - but I think it had to be the latte that’s my fave. Great ice cream and great service :)

Customer service was great. The inside was alot cleaner. And the ice cream was pretty cheap as well
