We had an engagement ring, family heirloom, replaced. Although a sad and unfortunate time, Raj made the process an easy one. Plenty of communication, expectations were set and met. Excellent custmer service.

Recently my family members purchased a beautiful milestone birthday gift for me from Walker and Hall. We are all Kiwi's living in different countries and Rima from customer services made the whole process smooth and personal and it's amazing to have something so special from Aotearoa.

He kept me fully informed throughout every step of the process and responded quickly to any emails I fired in his direction. This was the ultimate customer experience and I was made to feel valued - a rarity in the sales industry. The ring was returned today and it is simply stunning - you would never know it had been repaired. Would highly recommend!

Walker & Hall were very helpful in creating a custom diamond engagement ring for me. It wasn't the easiest ring to make as it needed some harder to find pink diamonds. But Raj went out of his way and found the diamonds and had the engagement ring made, which looked amazing. I unfortunately lost my beautiful engagement ring just 1 month prior to my wedding day. While the insurance claim didn't come through in time, as soon as it got to Raj at W&H, I had a new ring sized and couriered within a week! I purchased my fiance her engagement ring from Walker & Hall. I dealt with Raj who was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Excellent service and craftpersonship. I had W&H make a replacement wedding band and it wasn't quite right. They listened to my request taking precise notes as it was all done distantly. What returned was a replica of the original. Thanks for your patience and persistence with me and supplying the perfect replacement band!
