On 31/07/2022 at 10.15am walked into the clinic to see a doctor. I was told by the receptionist there was one hour wait I accepted and made the booking to see the doctor. I was seen by the doctor at 2.05pm almost 4 hours waiting to be seen. The doctor was very professional and friendly. He very quickly diagnosed my condition. Great work. I have been with this clinic for more than 20 years. The wait time is getting from bad to worse. Please if you guys can’t serve the public in a timely manner don’t register that many patients you can’t handle. Looks like you guys are focusing on money making. I am very seriously looking into changing the clinic.

Very professional and friendly staff and highly qualified doctors ,they provide great service.I would highly recommend this medical center.

Straight scam 3 different people told me they were accepting enrollments then once I filled out the form they emailed me and said they are not and it will be $100, if one person made mistake it's understandable but 3 people telling me the same thing that is not a mistake.

Doctors and Nurses are great, great in explaining and treating. Only problem their are never on time to see patients with appointments. And if you go above 20mins then it’s $30. But when you wait 45mins there is no sorry or discounts for your time waiting!

I'm writing this review to express my displeasure with your new practice manager "RJ" and his strange and unethical behavior. I took my son on Thursday (21-09-23) in the late afternoon since he had a headache, neck pain, and a high fever. He was having trouble breathing and had a blocked nose from a polyp. Even though DR NIZAR was available at the time, your practice manager "RJ" refused to treat him after I picked him up from daycare. Despite few requests, she said give him a panadol and take him to another urgent care facility. For more than three years, my family and I have been registered patients at Lifeline Medical Center. This attitude toward us is unacceptable. Kindly forward this complaint to Dr Imran or Dr Sobia as soon as possible. I am not happy at all.

I was with these doctors for roughly 4years. During the 4years the experience was appalling. They never answer their phones, if you've got an appointment for a certain time please prepare to wait an hour longer or more. I booked an appointment several times for my children who had fevers and barely eating at the time. They made us wait in the car for almost 2 hours. At that time my kids were 1 & 2. They finally come out and done their job which took all of 2 minutes. Accessed them and then gave a prescription for pamol and pedialyte. Who makes kids wait that long it's pathetic. Hasn't only happened to me but other family members also. Just poor service altogether. I highly wouldn't recommend this practice. Unless you don't mind waiting long hours. Nurses are great once you're let in to see them.

I would really recommend lifeline medical for family care. One of their staff name Payal is really helpful every time. she always gave positive and honest advice to book an appointment or to whom should we go to check our family. she has extraordinary customer service skills. I will give her 10/10. She is beautiful person by heart.

Good doctors but poor on refunding back money. The reception just keeps lieing everytime u call to check when u will recieve the refund for hiring crouches and they keep saying next week, its now 4 weeks and still no refund

Dr.Imran is a great doctor and a gem of a person. He checked thoroughly and without any haste. Highly recommended!!

Superb experience..great staff..Miss Payal, the receptionist listened to us patiently and helped us extra miles.. Nurse is polite and makes you feel comfortable..right culture percolates down..clearly visible since the doctor himself is a thorough gentleman, respectful! Keep up the great job team lifeline! My experience has been horrible with this place. Though I highly used to regard this clinic but it’s unprofessionalism has forced me to write this review. Although you get an appointment, the doctors here hardly see you.on time, 15-30mins delay is understandable but a wait time of over 2hrs is unacceptable. That given the doctor is only chit chatting with one of his patients inside. My only point is that you should respect others people time as well. I have been waiting with 2 kids and if you want to chit chat, you should not give other people appointments. I no longer intend to visit this place either for me or my kids.

Iam a patient here and I shouldn't have to make an appointment. I won't be available to say when my children will get sick. But when they do I can never be seen by my family GP because they are fully booked. I've been here since 2009. It's sad that I have to go to white cross. Might as well be a patient some where else.

Don't waste your time coming here, the wait times are extremely long and your whole day is wasted sitting in the waiting room. The service is extremely poor, I have called and requested for callbacks but the staff don't bother to call. If you call and stay on the line expect an extremely long wait. This place has gone downhill. Take your money and time elsewhere, this place is managed terribly. This place needs 0/5 stars

Very unprofessional practice. Made contact via phone at 1030am regarding a prescription. Was told it will be done at 2pm. Got a text at 1:40pm saying I have to go in now but they close at 2pm? I wouldve just come in earlier if this was the case. Tried calling and was in position 1 for 20mins. That tells me they finish earlier then the times listed on their site.

Such a rude receptionist payal sharma. Very rude and asking patients to go an enroll else where.She is just not the right person to do the job.Pathetic!!!

Friendly staff. Extremely happy with the doctors in this medical center. Wait period to get an appointment with a doctor can be slightly long.
