My husband has attended this Doctor for many many years, however, ownership changed a while back along with the staff who work there. After a disappointing communication breakdown between staff and my husband regarding a referral which he requested to be sent 3 times over several months, I ended up having to communicate on his behalf and asked, for the 4th time, for the referral to be sent. The day before the Specialist's appointment (which has been 5 months in the waiting) we are told they still have not received any referral from the Dr. The Specialist's office had to contact them to get them to do it on the spot. The Specialist then rang to say they had not provided a proper referral, that the referral had next to no information and it was not what they considered a standard referral. Definitely moving Doctors. We do not recommend.

Mt Albert Medical is an excellent practice. They have looked after my family for at least 25 years. Dr Hewit, Dr Patel, Valerie and all the wonderful nurses have been amazing to my family and I. Every time I walk through their front door I feel listened to, respected and thoroughly looked after. The care at this office is exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Terrible practice - I have been going here for about 8 yrs now, however they have recently come under new ownership and the last 5 times(ish) I have gone to the Dr I have had to wait at least an hr longer than my appointed time, something that never happened under previous ownership. Dr Patel himself is great and it's unfortunate that such poor administration is letting him down. I suggest they adjust their scheduling, or be proactive about telling people when they are running so late, to avoid losing more patients like me and my family.

I feel athome getting treated by Dr Kiran and his supportive team, as he gives his attention to detail and best care just as an elder family member. I feel welcomed by his lovely team and always had an amazing experience each time I visit, that makes me put my trust over them.

Dr Michael Hewit and nurse Cathy are the best doctor and nurse I've ever visited. He is so lovely, friendly, understandable and explains everything in details so that I understand my problems. I didn't want to change my doctor even after I moved to the shore. Cathy is always so caring and give me such a comfort whenever I visit. Thank you so much for your service.

Dr Patel and his team are doing a great job. It is so easy to get the appointments here and very much less waiting time. Dr Patel is incredibly knowledgeable and always looks after his patients. I would strongly recommend this practice to everyone. Keep up the good work team. 🙂👍

This is a very great Doctor ,Dr Keran checks up on all the things the other Doctors seem to miss, even the Dentist here has been a really great experience and I highly recommend Mt Albert Medical for all your Doctor and Dental needs, thank you Dr Keran and team!

Absolutely horrendous service! The receptionist is absolutely incompetent fails to pass on information to the doctor and gets verbally rude over the phone when asked about her mistakes. Would never recommend going to this facility ever! It used to be a fantastic place to go as I have been attending here for 12 years but ever since Dr Hewit and his other two staff members left the place has become an absolute garbage heap. The last three appointments I turned up to on time I was made to wait forsessions totalling to 45 minutes time past my doctors appointment! The Dr Patel does seem to be doing a good job, his receptionist seems to be a massive disappointment! Especially when it comes to sending off referrals or medical prescriptions! I would rate half a star but they don’t have that option.

Great experience as a new patient. I barely waited a minute to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Kiran Patel were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Kiran Patel really took his time to explain my conditions and to overcome them. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this all in one clinic. Best family Doctor in Auckland.

$90 for a less than 5 minute appointment. Nothing but incorrect information. Refused to give me a blood test; which is standard with my diagnosis. Told me to see another doctor just to get that written up. Painful. I don't think I have ever given a 1 star review for anything. Doctors have always been good to me but this was my experience and was honestly shocking.

Had a really gd experience as a new Customer and will be staying with this amazing Doctor, they cover everything here and had no problem even doing a day Surgery to remove something I thought I'd have to just live with, thanks Dr Patel and Staff.

Great Doctor who follows thru, which a lot of other Docs these days dont do, the reception team were very helpfull and polite aswell, Highly recommend to all. Thanks Dr Keran and team🙂
