    I don’t give negative reviews often, however, I feel a strong need to give Green Doctors a one star review due to their poor customer service. I paid for an appointment which I waited months for, it wasn’t honoured due to a system fault of theirs. I spoke with them regarding this and was told I’d hear from them soon. Never received further communications, even after emailing them to follow up. They made no efforts to resolve this, showed zero interest. No refund and no reschedule of the appointment. I’ve heard from friends they’ve had issues with Green Doctors also. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I have been a patient with the Green Doctors for 2 years. Sadly they have really mucked me about and just stopped treating me. I requested a change of script, paid and had to wait a week for that appointment. It was then cancelled with no notification. I was then emailed the next day and told that i selected the wrong appointment type. I asked for further clarification on what appointment I should book and I still have no reply. Don't waste your time with delayed treatment. Go elsewhere. 2 months after writing this... still waiting

    These people are the absolute worst. It seems like in the last couple of months everyone has just given up. I booked and paid for an appointment 3 weeks in advance. They never phoned me for that appointment. I called endlessly and got some women who just said "yeah we'll call you back", but didn't take any contact details or even my name. It took 9 days for them to respond about refunding my appointment fee. I then got an appointment, but they couldn't answer any questions that I needed answering. Since then, even though I have a prescription, they won't fill it or send it to the pharmacy I have chosen to have it filled at, infact they won't respond to me at all. I was told I would get a full explanation as to what is going on, I never have. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails. I have been forced to make a complaint with the ombudsman, and judging by the latest reviews I am not alone in this companies failings. I have no idea what they are playing at. Imagine tanking your whole business like this. Disgraceful. I'm still waiting to be resolved 7 weeks after booking and paying for my appointment. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Johnny

    The doctor was very nice. If not for that, I would have given no stars. The prescription did absolutely nothing for me except that it cleaned me out to the tune of $300. A total waste of money and although I emailed this feedback to them, I've not even had the courtesy of a return email or phone call. I can only take from that, that they don't care and just want the money. The receptionist was offhand and off-putting too. I was so put off by her snobby (I don't know why she's snobby - she's a receptionist in a small business) attitude that I nearly cancelled the appointment. I wish I had now!

    I would recommend going elsewhere. During my consult I asked if I was able to shop around for prices and was told that's fine. I then emailed to request a copy of my prescription to have on hand for when I found a chemist and was told they would send it direct to the chemist. There had been no mention of my prescription expiring after a certain amount of time. When I had compared a few places, and found a very decent price I requested for my prescription to be sent to that chemist, only to be told be green doctors that my prescription had expired and I would need to pay again for another consult. After questioning why I am only just being told my prescription has expired, despite corresponding more than once with the clinic... no reply. Considering how expensive life is for many at the moment, communication goes a long way. Had I been told there was an expiry date on my prescription I would have prioritized finding a decent price before my prescription expired, rather than giving this business money for no reason

    Not so great experience, Booked what I thought was a consultation with a doctor, only to get a call from the nurse who explained one of the doctors would call me later within two weeks?? Nurse wasnt able to book the later appointment and advised to pickup the call from a unknown number when it rang sometime in the near future?? best she could do was ask if doctor could ring me on a time date that was convenient??? Disappointed but can appreciate that their have been illness and that they weren't able to accommodate a prebooked appointment , however not being able to book the actual consult seems very very odd and not well thought out and added to the poor experience here

    WARNING, SCAM, AVOID - Unprofessional, incompetent, and negligent. Booked/paid for an appt 3 wks out. Received a cancelation email a couple of hours before the appointment - no reschedule, no follow-up, and no response to emails seeking confirmation of a new appt. Called and spoke owner, Natalie, full of excuses, no ownership, reinforced by no follow through on commitments made - Natalie, promised an urgent call to reschedule over a week ago - still waiting! Primary level correspondence - poor spelling, grammar, no name/contact info provided. Patient medical data stored in a google doc's, on a public cloud. All a bit of a joke really, Not much hope for any business that can't capably manage an appointment schedule and communicate appointments with customers. Unfortunately, this ghosting behaviour and unprofessional conduct only reinforces a negative perceptions around medicinal cannabis and associated (so called) professional services. Medical professionals do not behave this way. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere, unless you want a terrible experience with these (failed) backyard entrepreneurs.

    I was with GD for over 2 years. I would not recommend Green Doctors to my friend or anybody. - double pricing standard - this mean different people have different prices - same product can be $455 or $751 - difficult communication - if something is not stock they don't want to send script to different pharmacy and if yes, you need doctor who is not available. So you are repetitively ask to call different day (this takes weeks and before that happened, it usually arrives on stock). -Doctors are never available. - When I asked for a travel letter, they did not provide, instated they told me that I will be arrested on NZ airport. (absolutely false information). I change the clinic and got a letter and gain approval to bring MC to UAE YES! United Arab Emirates. - the products are most expensive on the NZ market. For example - Oil I use GD $295, other places $155-$195 (if you count it in year supply it is thousands of dollars) It does not worth a stress to be dealing with Green Doctors anymore. I have tried to be loyal for too long and with change of the clinic huge weight was lifted. Customer Service is incomparable. One star as I believe this is currently last place you should go and I can't find any reason to use GD anymore.

    The high priced tinny house of the medicinal cannabis clinics! I was with Green Drs for over 6 months. They made everything so difficult, they push you to buy their hugely over priced products and will make up any story they can to not have you take your script to a pharmacy of your choice. The staff are rude and often not contactable. My last script was never sent to the pharmacy I chose, no reply to emails, unanswered calls etc etc I was also told all prescriptions filled out of house had to wait a week before being processed as it was company policy. Who makes patients wait for medicine? I changed to a new clinic and have had no issues at all since. Green Drs still owe me $25. I wish i could give 0 stars. Go elsewhere, these people do not care about your health at all.

    Terrible experience, doctor didn’t listen to anything I said then cut the phone conversation after just 3 minutes, then sent a message to my GP that he had prescribed me cannabis (which he hadnt), have tried on multiple occasions to discuss this directly with the clinic and each time they say they will look into it and call me back, which they never do. I think this business is probably a scam

    3rd family member who has had no contact a month after paying being accepted, no reply to emails or messages left. Hard to resolve when they don't answer the phone. Highly contemplating reporting to the commerce commission for unethical business practices. UPDATE. They have turned off the answering machine to leave messages and now only accept emails that they do not reply to.

    Online booking a phone consult was an easy process. I was contacted a few days later as there was a cancellation so I was seen sooner. I was asked a lot of questions but this was expected. Once product was ordered it arrived the next day. I would love to see NZ grown product available but that has nothing to do with what the Green Doctors are doing. Highly recommended.

    Wonderfull service and very easy. Took a few days for my prescription but it takes a few days for anything these days. Everyone is short staffed. Be patient :) Overall, No complaints and a very happy customer. Thanks GD. Wish I’d known about them in 2019… EDIT : Since having my prescription approved I have had absolute ZERO response from this team to emails, calls and messages. I want to change my prescription but they aren’t interested now they have my money. I retract my previous recommendation and have now moved to another doctors. Be very aware the follow up from GD’s is non existent.

    Its been two weeks since i saw the dr and still don't have my script, they don't respond to emails. They answer 1 out of 20 phone calls. You pay $50 to see the dr and get prescribed, but wait.... You then have to pay another $25 to get the nurse to write the script. (For real the dr dosnt get you anything but the green light for the nasty nurse) Go Anywhere Else.

    I have been with Green Doctors for several years. The service for appointments, scripts, and check ins has always been prompt and professional. I have found the individuals with whom I have dealt with over the years to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. I am grateful to have this care available as it has allowed me to take charge of my health and has provided an option to taking medications on a long term basis , some of which had fairly unpleasant side effects. Green Doctors provide a great service to the community and I hope one day it is more widespread so others enjoy the ability to have options in their own health care.

    The team here have looked after me from the first contact. Despite being super busy with new patients, and a massive change in the law for dried flower recently, my experience was fast all considered. Delivery has been great considering how messed up couriers are right now, I was even able to drop in for a smooth pickup while in town for work, and has been in line with other courier experiences for different businesses as late. Product has been top tier and worked well. Thanks team!

    Service was great to begin with, but for the past six months they have really gone downhill to the point I don’t know how their business is still operational, They never sent my notes to my G.P as they said they would, sent multiple emails completely ignored zero replies. Phone gets answered one every 1000 call. So will be transferring to another clinic that actually gives a dam suggested anyone else does the same

    They helped to revolutionise my pain management. The doctors and nurses were professional, considered and helpful. They are always advocating for medical cannabis as a serious way to manage pain and sleep. I recommend them to many people who live with pain. Fast delivery and straight forward process for getting my prescription.

    It's pretty bad service, to be honest. Have some rude staff on the phones sometimes, and we're rude to my local pharmacy. You have to provide your nhi number as they won't and can't get it somehow or to lazy to. Left my d.o.b off my prescription so it couldn't be processed so contacted again they resend for a 3rd time to my local pharmacy and this time the barcode is incorrect and therefore I can't get my script.. rang over the phone and they tried once again to blame my pharmacy for the barcode failing yet its there system which generated the faulty codes. They also reccomended for my first script something they didn't have in stock.... it's been a week since I was prescribed and still no meds not even on the way yet... will change review if they make things right

    Resourceful, accessible and convenient service. Despite how busy they are with new patients as more people gain access, Green Doctors have been thorough, accomodating and incredibly helpful. High quality product with very timely deliveries (within the day sometimes). Easy online booking/cancellation system and a genuine team who discuss options to tailor treatment to suit individual needs. Thank you for increasing accessibility & options!

    Don’t have any issue with staff or service. Pricing seems to be $40 to $100 more than other clinics / pharmacies. Just simple economics if other clinics can lower price why can’t they also or at very least price match their competitors? Price is the only reason I suspect myself and many others have migrated to other providers.

    I have a great experience with the green doctors. Have used in the past. I have ptsd amd ocd as well as other gems LOL, and use these products in times of need. I'm actually thrilled to see the prices have gone down. I have recently done a acc sensitive claims and they gave me wonderful info on how I can have it subsidized. Called wednesday and missed the appointment (my own fault) they called me yesterday (thursday) Got my prescription ordered and no doubt will have it soon. Thankyou green doctors. I find they have great/ welcoming reception staff and had no issue getting through. Very grateful to obtain this legally and treated with respect.

😠 Like another review said, none of the GPs help with anything. They all just say to wait and return to more appointments and more waiting. Spent near a thousand on appointments and have nothing to help my partners worsening condition.
