I think this is the smaller garden besides the big garden. Same peaceful and quiet. If you are down, come here and you will feel love

In this park there are some huge trees which existed long before immigrants from Europe come to this island. When I visit New Zealand, I always go to see those trees and recieve mysterios energy.

We had a great day at the Dove Myer Robinson Park, where the Parnell Rose Garden is. Unfortunately it didn't offer much in terms of roses (yet). This backs onto the Nancy Steen Garden, which offers an array of plants and flowers, walkways, benches, and expansive lawns for picnics. This backs onto Taurarua Judges Bay. It's a lovely bay with lots of seating and picnic options. It has steps leading into the water from the beach side and the pier. It was a great sunny (albeit windy) day out

Great attractive design enlightened with shelf's surfaced walkways and jingle-styled planting

Nice little hidden garden with flowers and topiary plus a number of private benches to sit for a chat or read a book. The center is a fish pond/fountain and the smells from the wildflowers around are quite relaxing. A nice escape from the noise of the traffic that abounds the rose garden next door.
