Super friendly people and equally great food... Haha I'm happy to work next door for sure. Today was my second time coming by after starting my new job and now can confirm that not only are the bao and steam buns good, but the fried noodles are as well (plus these fried noodles are a way bigger serving that I expected!) - although note that I only saw this was available from a picture, not the menu. Midday lunch rush is a thing so you may have to get it takeaway, but they do still have seating inside and some benches outside and people don't tend to mingle too long. Showed the owners how to claim this business as their own too so hoping to see this place rise in popularity even more.

Absolutely the best dumplings & bao buns in Auckland. Possibly the world. ;) The team are super friendly, and the menu is varied. It can get busy at lunchtimes but you don't wait long even at those peak times. I recommend trying everything on the menu because it's all delicious!

New favorite lunch place! Very convenient location in the city. The food is very tasty and fresh. Good amount of options to chose from. Staff is very nice and service is quick. Prices seem reasonable. Recommending the dumplings - very fresh and not too oily. I will definitely go back there.

Food is good, but by far and away the worst service in Auckland. The most chaotic and disorganised outfit ever...don't bother if you can't wait minimum of 25mins.

They're a little slow. The roti was good but the meat filling a bit boring. I would recommend the noodle soup and dumplings

Slow service and dumplings were not even cook properly. Dumplings were not steamed rather boiled. Guy in the kitchen works super slow even though there are so many orders. I think the fast service in new Zealand is a myth.

Its my go to place when i want dumplings during workday, only dumplings... they do not have much options now, dumplings and bao with no bao option lol (roti dont count), little sad.

Food is absolutely delicious. Try their roti meals and dumplings. If you're lucky ask them for their special chilli sauce

So so good, we had dumplings and chicken curry and flat breads and it was absolutely beautiful.

Though can take a while, worth it for the value and taste. Such good soul nourishing food. Would definitely recommend checking out.
