👍 A really lovely combination of businesses and super close to the basin walkway! Love to grab a smoothie bowl and then go for a walk afterwards on a good day. Parking can be really hard though so plan to frustrated by that. It is also a very busy road so best to be cautious. I usually prefer to take... People often mention shops,

There are quite a few food outlets here including Ampersand, Brothers Beer and Saku Saku. There are a few spots in the front area but it is usually full. We stopped by for lunch at Ampersand and took a look around since we were here. There are a few shops around as well as a Farro supermarket. It's not very big but does have quite a few options for either eating or shopping.

A really lovely combination of businesses and super close to the basin walkway! Love to grab a smoothie bowl and then go for a walk afterwards on a good day. Parking can be really hard though so plan to frustrated by that. It is also a very busy road so best to be cautious. I usually prefer to take my bike if I can just to avoid the headache. Another good option is to take the train since it is very close to a station.

Like this lovely place! I picked up my wine at the Great Little and had lunch at Saku Saku (a Japanese restaurant). Both were nice places to visit. [instagram: veryjinjing]

The food itself is good. Solid at least a 7/10. The service is bad, they are trying but they need better training and more staff. The wait time was almost an hr although we were booked and on time. The menus are nasty, torn and dirty. The mood lighting is nice but too dark at each table. Individual table lighting is needed. My dad who is in his 60s and wears glasses really struggled to read the menu and even see his food. The seats are also quite hard and uncomfortable. The main problem is really the wait time.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at the Brothers beer and Juke Joint. Nice chill atmosphere and dogs were allowed. I'm gluten free. The gluten free selection was excellent.

Went for coffee at Bowl & Arrow. Good coffee by even better cakes! Didn't have a smoochy but they sound epic. It has wifi but as of December 2016 some of the shops are still being built. Worth a look if you want a trendy spot for wine shop, coffee and design shops.

Great boutique shopping centre with gift shops, craft brewery, cafes and eateries, and of course our favourite supermarket in Auckland.

We came for breakfast and it's was delicious! I had the breakfast burrito which was super filling and tasty. My partner had eggs bene which he said was very tasty but the sauce was overpowering. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff.

Very 'boutique' set of shops, garden center, Faro supermarket and a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Nice atmosphere. Upper car park tend to get full but there is a larger one below.

Went to Ampersand for brunch. First time here and it's a must. Didn't know Faro was there nor Brown Bros Beer. The little shops were gorgeous. Also looked a great nail place. Will definitely be going back.

I generally go to OBV because l'm going to Ampersand Cafe /Restaurant. The stores are very niche orientated, but the Urban Herbalist and Farro are both good. And King's downstairs has helpful gardening staff and a great cafe.

Amazing wee place. Would only be made better than having more parking. Parking is always a nightmare with tiny spaces and no where near enough places for the amount of shops. Probably why I have never seen it full inside the cafés and restaurant as no-one can get there!

👍👍 Exceptional ambience for a mall everyone is friendly, I also love how alot of volunteers collect donation for a worthy cause.

🫤 Let's be honest, it's a dreary place. Its glory days are long gone, back in the 80s, and it now feels like the sort of mall where consumers go to die (and get a cheap food court curry). The countdown however is excellent, and so is the parking.
