I normally shop at Mitre10 but had to come to Bunnings on the 10.6.23 for a certain tool. The customer service given was so rude and annoying I had to leave a bad review. I wanted to do a price match on some tools but the person at the tool counter refused me to carry the tools to the customer service counter to price match! So I waited at the customer service counter for 15mim just for them rudely to tell me to get the tools! So now I go back to try get the tools and she didn’t want to give them to me! Now I got to go back to the customer service and wait yet again to do the price match and she was so not interested in doing the match and was trying to get out of it! It was a long and pain for process. Mitre10 it’s so quick and easy and you don't get attitude from the staff either!

Plenty of parking , large range of most everyday products. A big store with a good sized trade department. Staff are available, not always knowledgeable but at least they try.

I know good staff is hard to find, but lady at the Returns Desk who wears a headscarf needs to learn some basic manners. Doesn’t say “hello”, no “thank you”, doesn’t even respond or look at me when I said “thank you”. Either move her to a non-customer facing role or get some more training please.

Take your time & slowly enjoy the Lovely summer flowers on sale. Many herbs plants on sale. A hyper warehouse on all your DIY needs. Professional, polite & courteous knowledgeable staff to service any queries. Enjoy a cup of coffee & cake of the day for $7. A little wait if there is only a staff taking & preparing your orders. Over 💯 car park below & above warehouse.

Don't know if you have customer service training for staff, or it's just a attitude check. Served by a rude checkout lady at returns and information desk today about 2pm. NO smile NO manners NO hi or anything that a normal human being would do or say. Came across as rude demanding, just wanted me to hurry up so she could say NEXT.... Yo! Here's a tip, you get what you give out. Find a new job if you don't like serving customer's, and smile try it it works. Wasn't gonna give 2 star's, but I know not everyone there is rude. I hope. 🙏🏽

The staff and customer service were great, however there's been 2 occasions where their online website shows they have a plant in stock only to show up and been none left. Also it's saddening to see they don't know how to look after Venus' flytraps (see picture)

LOCATION: Bunnings Warehouse is located in Mount Roskill and there's parking both upstairs (ground level) or underneath in the lower carpark where it's cool in this hot summer weather. WHAT: Bunnings is a great store and you'll find they have a huge range of products at great prices! They've everything from tools, building products, kitchen items, bathroom and plumbing, lighting, outdoor furniture and plants, tree's etc as well as loads of general household items that you might need or want in your life😆 WHO : Bunnings have been in New Zealand for some years now and was a welcome entry of competition for the likes of Mitre 10, offering competitive pricing and a fantastic range of products for your home and garden and more. Older women are often ignored in hardware stores. This store is no exception. Rory was on the phone for ages while I waited patiently. Didn’t even look at me. But managed to serve a man behind me. Mohammad was great and helped enormously. Top marks for him.

Great selection of products and good prices. This time I went there I asked for assistance, they called out over the load speaker to come and help out at the security camera area. Waited and Waited in the end asked the 3 staff chatting to each other in the tool area just a few meters away. Turned out they could of helped all along and had the keys to the cupboards. All 3 staff tried to give the job to each other before one of them actually helped. I would be horrified if they were staff working for me.

I purchased a Ryobi water blaster from here and the staff was very helpful in getting me what I was looking for. A variety of products to choose from at a decent price.

If you buy anything and they tell you that it has a warranty, do not believe it at all because they are actually liars. I bought a lawn mower from them and they assured me that it has a five-year warranty, but after six months it broke down, and when I checked with them, they evaded responsibility and did not fulfill what they promised, in short. When you buy from them, they say nice things to you, but when you go back to them to ask them about the warranty, they tell you something else to evade responsibility. I do not recommend them.

Purchased a fan onlne as it was hot and I was desperate. Said it was available so i got it, ready for pick up same day. Get a call saying out of stock sorry. Ok it happens. So I get online and purchase a more expensive one 30 mins later ready for pick up and in stock. Get an email an hour later saying it is out of stock and will get a refund. 2 credit card purchases in one day and will take 5 day's to get credited. Ok stuff happens but twice in an hour is really not good inventory control. I was told that the inventory lags so if you buy online then someone else comes in say 15 mins later instore and buys one it puts the inventory out. Wow I will not be shopping at this bunnings ever again. I said on the phone I will not be back and customer service said fine! I will falk out for a dyson lol.

Cafe has reasonably priced coffee. Unfortunately the new playground isn't suitable for under twos - my 21 month old was too small to climb up anything. Three year old enjoyed it though. The old playground was fantastic for all mobile little ones.

Amazing place and friendly staff. Lots of products in this branch. Trades department is packed with all sorts of timber exceeds other stores in different areas. Nice Cafe if you decide to have something to set and eat overlooking the garden area. Very nice atmosphere. You'll definatelly find the product you need.

I love it when I get inside and have a bit of a walk around browsing the isles and looking at stuff I really don't need. But the real fun, especially on the weekends around midday is watching the performance in the carpark. It never ceases to amaze me how many bad drivers there are that always seem to converge on this place around this time. You may as well do away with the arrows and parking lines and just make it a free for all on the weekends. But in all honesty I really do enjoy the total shopping experience here.

One of wonderful customer service experience day at Bunnings Three King, as per cashier Info, staff member I come across name is Clayton. He is one of the best example of company asset. I have a lot of question about the pest products and he has a lot patience and knowledge to direct me to right product and it’s best use. I acknowledge and love his customer service

This review is solely based on this branch's customer service we have received the previous few times we have been into the store. I have taken an average approach. Helpful floor staff are hard to find. The majority of them seem to be in a rush and aren't very helpful. I don't know what the rush is? Maybe the staff aren't trained properly on the areas they are looking after or they really can't be bothered helping with general/specific questions. I would recommend a training course implemented here on basic customer skills. The store itself is nice and neat. You'll generally find everything you are looking for here but it would be really helpful if floor staff would up their game.

Needed a tool and was at a nearby cafe, so called in to Bunnings. They had what I wanted, so was on my way in quick time. Good stock range, pleasant, helpful staff. Plenty of parking up top or underneath. Two good things about Bunnings, always have cheap coffee and clean toilets.

Amazing array of everything and anything. Specifically went there for hedge clippers. Got them with a pair of secateurs thrown in for free. Excellent price. Also vegetable seedlings Aplenty. Awesome prices. Multiple herbs on offer. Heaps of recyclable boxes available to put goodies in. A must for DIY and Green Fingered Enthusiasts!

Weekends have a sausage sizzle by local schools etc and the Cafe inside has pretty good coffee. As a bonus...lots of really cool tool and stuff.

Usually on serious projects I do shop in Mt. Roskill branch. On top of being close to my base, also have very friendly and helpful staff. Most of time is open till 9pm and I no issues on any refund and no question asked. Once I ask of a staff to find something that was online, not only located exact place also she teach me how to use the information on the web site to locate items. Very helpful

Place is open till 9 pm weekdays which is great. This branch is pretty big compared to others such as New Lynn. Staff are friendly and helpful and guided me to an expert to help me. Not all staff are experts, so they may not know all the answers to your questions so have some patience. We're all human ( I hope so)

Brother in law and I went to get plywood for a project. The staff were ok, helpful and very busy. In all got what was needed with out any hassle.

Visited last Sunday and yesterday to order blinds from the store, Dan was very helpful and patient to listen what I need. He tries his best to help me out even his field is not in blinds section. ( I think he works in Tool section). But I can feel his kindness and respect to people. Mt Roskill store is one of my favorite stores even other store is closer to me, because of the people like Dan makes me feel welcomed.
