Best pet store around! Staff are SO friendly and truly make an effort to make you feel special including remembering your and your pet's names. My dogs always adore visiting as they are greeted with lots of love and treats. I initially went to the Glen Innes branch before Ellerslie opened and the staff there were just as friendly and amazing! I also love that you get store credit on every purchase which helps with keeping costs down.

Staff were helpful and informative and there was a good range of products. Store is conveniently located and prices for live mealworms are reasonable.

This is honestly the best pet store around. The staff are super friendly and recognise me every time I go in. They’re always helpful when I have questions. Try go on one of their puppy adoption days to get cuteness overload from all the gorgeous little puppies. Highly recommended!
