Pretty poor experience. Staff don't listen and clearly don't work well together. They got every order wrong... Putting pork rib in a salad roll even. Missing basic salad ingredients too. Then tried to overcharge too. Drink missing flavouring. Won't be back anytime soon

Just ordered off Uber eats around an hour ago, my foot long was burnt and barely had a squeeze of sauce on it. One cookie was very crunchy and the other cookie was soft like half cooked? Also no salt and paper added, just a horrible experience and not worth the money I just spent.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Disgusting service. I was greeted with "yep", "what bread do you want". Then "meat". All with eyes being rolled, attitude & a general 'I don't want to be here attitude'. Yong girls with chips on their shoulders. Tables and chairs weren't set out for dining in the middle of the day. The atmosphere was thick & uncomfortable. However subs were made well...

Went with the intention to get their new ‘hotdog’ products … Saw a container of literally grey looking frankfurters… When asked if those were the ones they put in the hotdog and they confirmed I cancelled my order… Than decided to just get a drink and despite 4 employees being behind the counter with only one other customer having been served they still made me wait an extraordinary amount of time to pay …. So just left … Probably the worst product and customer service in all the Subways i have been to around the globe ….. If I could give them zero stars I would ….

Very bad customer service in this store and staff is not well trained, they don’t even know how to pack sub and make it. I just got my food from this subway store and when i came home and opened it was all messed. I tried to call at store and lady answered my phone, I explained her the situation that the sub paper was not packed properly with sub and she is like we don’t put stickers if we put sub in the bag like really?? Never seen this before in any other subway store. Highly recommend to visit other store in CBD or Bethlehem. Don’t go to this store as staff does not have brain how to pack food. Also, i just checked all the reviews under this store and noticed that all the bad reviews are given by INDIANS and must say that this owner must needs to learn how to run business instead of being raciest against indians. Gonna post this on Facebook as well

Was greeted by a sleepy staff who came out from the back and asked "what do you want" sluggishly. Didn't end up buying anything. Pita pit few doors down were so much better.

My local subway, has been for 5+ years.. great fresh ingredients. Friendly staff 😁 takeaway online orders always ready on arrival. I Recommend this subway.

The staff was great. The place sparkling clean. They can sure make a great sandwich!

I've just had breakfast at this Awesome Subway. Two very nice ladies, friendly and helpful. Wow the food was awesome too. Thanks Subway Tauranga, your Awesome. I'll be back soon.

The store is super clean and well set out, however the staff are consistently mediocre, it feels like they just want you gone and don't care at all. Ordered a kids meal and both the drink and fruit were missed.

Easy to find not in all the usual hussal and bussal of the town simple and works well

We went there around 7pm and there was a female staff who was so rude and not helpful at all, worst customer service
