Had a wonderful dinner tonight at Lolo's. Not your average Turkish restaurant. There is something for everyone on the menu and all of the food is well presented and very good value for the quality of the meal. We loved that the sauces came on the side as well, so much better than a meal drowned in sauce! The service was very attentive and overall it was a great evening out. We will definitely be returning again in the near future. Highly recommended.

Just discovered the best Turkish restaurant I’ve ever eaten at in 🇳🇿 so far. Chose this restaurant because it had one of the highest reviews, had lunch here one weekend, and I was definitely not disappointed. I ordered the chicken turkish wrap. Fortunately, the staff/chef recommended the small sized serving as it was already more than enough for me. Can’t imagine how I could have finished the large one 😳 It was super yummy... I was in awe of how they were able to squeeze in all the chicken, veggies, sauce in a wrap. Their sauce options were also authentic and were the best complement to the chicken. Another awesome fact: would you believe all those deliciousness and flavours only cost me $12.50? Needless to say, highly recommended!! 👍

I actually really rate this place. I’ve been to some absolute dive kebab shops in my time. This is NOT one of them. Really generous servings of fresh TASTY food. Lovely sauces and sides. I can never eat a whole plate, but best believe I eat the leftovers. That’s how you know it’s good. You eat the doggy bag when you get home I’ve actually now started craving it. You know when you find a great place to eat and you just want to keep going there because the food is consistently good… That’s what lolo’s is for me. And it’s not exactly local for me either. So for me to make the effort it must be good right? 😅😅 The service is great too. Recommend for sure. ⭐️

I rarely rate establishments with 5 stars but this one earned it. I got the mixed meat salad which also comes with a dolmades (not a fan) & a strip of Turkish bread. Everything was great including the fresh Turkish bread. As an aside, I was based in Melbourne for a long time and got used to fresh Turkish bread. I can tell you that this is the real deal. I only made one mistake. Turns out that a large is too large. In future, I'll be restricting myself to the medium. What impressed me the most and pushed them up to 5 stars was the friendly atmosphere... Jovial staff, laughing & joking. Clearly a good place to work and equally as clearly a place that deserves your support. Keep up the good work!

Very cheap and tasty Turkish restaurant. We ordered two mixed meat (lamb and chicken) dishes (one with rice the other with chips) which both came with salads, sauces and pita bread. The dishes were stacked with food - you definitely won’t go hungry here! Also very cheap at only $16 per meal.

Watched Türkiye food mukbang last night, and went to Lolo turkish kitchen. Rice dish with chicken was so good made me shocked😳😳😳😳 chicken wrap was just ok. N chocolate baklava was fantastic too. Ladies work in there was very nice sweet and hot tho. Best kebab ive had!

Had an amazing sit down dinner tonight with friends at Lolo. I had the Haloumi platter with a chicken shish skewer. It was absolutely perfect. My friends got the lamb chops and the mixed meze platters and were very impressed both by the high quality but also the generous portion sizes. Such a good value for money and taste! Often you think of Turkish as only take-away but Lolo does both - great takeaway AND great restaurant service. Would highly recommend. 🙌🏼

" Eyes too big for your stomach" - a phrase heard many a times as a youngster 😀 Nothin' much has changed! I ordered the large Iskender n it came Large! Fabulous on the eyes Fabulous on the palate. What added to was the check-in, darnn I didn't get his name nor check b4 posting - to do list it is, by our chef/owner as to how our dinner was going. I mean most establishments as such not the norm? Ok back to food, the rice!! You eat on top some n get to the bottom n at times a disappoint BUT the bed of rice was perfect! Yum! Chicken was perfect, array of sauces delish, lotsa salad love, grwat portions of meat salad rice. Fabulous atmosphere, all those wraps on the grill tells you how good it is. Our meals for four were meat on chips, meat on rice, salads n sauces. A must for your authentic Turkish. Delish!

I tried mixed meat on salad. The size of the large portion was actually large. Both chicken and lamb were nice and tasty, but lamb was especially good.

Lolo has amazing food for a very reasonable price as well. The staff is lovely and the portions are sizeable. I’d definitely recommend eating here if you are in the area!

Great hosts, warm atmosphere. Got the platter for 2, WOW!! Its more like a platter for 4. What a dish. Deffs recommend
