Spent $50 on food to be delivered after a long day at work for me and my partner. Order was placed at 6.30pm we received it at 8.30pm and this is how we received it. Tried calling but ofcourse no answer. Shame !!!

The absolute Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff looks like they’re being held there at gunpoint. The food is horrid. They can never even get a coffee order right. Please do yourselves a favour and shut it down or get some staff that can actually handle working at a McDonald’s. Absolutely sick of this place

I recently visited McDonald's in Clendon and had a somewhat mixed experience (reconstruction / renovations). The food was what you'd expect from McDonald's, but what really stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the manageress on duty. She was exceptionally friendly and seemed to treat her staff with great respect, which was refreshing to see. It made the overall dining experience more pleasant. Overall, a commendable effort by the manageress. We'll done Clendon!

You don’t expect much with McDonalds but Clendon Park is the absolute worst. Latest door dash order: Missing all drinks, chips ice cold, special burger orders not adhered to including extras paid for, sauce missing from nuggets and toy/book missing from Happy Meal. Muppets all of them.

Whoever works the late shifts so 12am to 6am I guess are so useless. They never get the order right. Always missing the whole combo🤦🏽‍♀️ to make it worse they take up to 1 hour just for 1 combo with 6 nuggets💀. Don’t tell me you’re packed or my Uber driver is at fault they waited 1 hour and 20 minutes without picking any other orders up and so did I just to not even get half the order when it’s just 2 burgers 2 chips 2 drinks and 6 pk of nuggets🙄

The food is okay ig Just missing some of my food and very slow on attending customers inside Would laugh and all but not attend the customers who pay cash. Waited 10mins something for someone to attend me.

Went yesterday around 7 the islander managers mucked my order up and was giving really bad attitude when all I did was be nice and try to explain that my order has been mucked up. I’m not sure if she thought I was lying or what but she was giving me terrible attitude- really ruined my night honestly wasnt expecting to go home and cry about it

Manager in dayshift is rude. Slow and not showing costumer service. Worker on window was awesome, but not the manager.
