The staff is efficient and helpful in booking reservations. They do not have an online presence yet and the badminton courts have some gaps but can hardly complain at this price point. May not be for professionals and league matches but good for practice and leisure.

My experience at the AJP NZ tour Jiu Jitsu tournament held at this faculty was rather disappointing due to the state of the facility. Frankly, it's in dire need of renovations. The building exudes an outdated, eerie retro vibe that doesn't quite align with modern standards. The entire space feels neglected and outdated, and a complete overhaul is long overdue. One major drawback was the complete absence of spectator seating. This made it incredibly difficult to enjoy the matches, especially when the crowd size increased. The lack of proper accommodations for the audience seriously hindered the event experience. Moreover, the parking situation behind the building was downright dodgy and far from safe. It's definitely not a place I'd feel comfortable spending too much time around.

Being there for the badminton Meet up and club, I was realy enjoy it, met a few friends and sweat out. The staff in the reception was quite nice to me even though I asked a lot of stupid questions. Anyway, excellent service, great facility, definitely will recommend to everyone and be there regular.

I'm really impressed with this indoor sports center. The facilities are fully equipped, catering to both casual enthusiasts and professional athletes.

Good basketball pick up games 👌. The hoops are low so all the dudes 6’3 + dunk it pretty easy. Plenty of people play at synergy if you want a game of basketball. They also have multiple ping pong tables pretty good condition I enjoy that. They have badminton at the back as well so fun place if you want to stay active.

We go here every Sunday for badminton. One of the building has toilets while the other one doesn't. It's too much to walk to the next building for toilet. There should also be a water fountain for water bottle refills to make it easier. There is a vending machine in one of the buildings but not everyone wants to buy water. If you're in the second building you gotta walk to the next one just to buy water. To go play badminton on the inside court you have to walk through the basket ball court.. There is no walking path or signs provided. Things become difficult if there are people using the basket ball court- walking through the court isn't safe if it's in use. Signage in this place can be better.
