I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
and
disgust
with
the
customer
service
I
received
at
your
medical
practice.
Stephanie,
in
particular,
was
the
worst
customer
service
representative
I
have
ever
encountered.
Throughout
my
time
there
she
rolled
her
eyes
at
me
and
other
patients
and
I
even
heard
her
swearing
at
me
under
her
breath.
This
is
completely
unacceptable.
As
a
healthcare
provider,
your
staff
should
be
professional
and
caring
towards
patients.
To
make
matters
worse,
when
I
requestedmy
notes,
I
was
dismayed
to
find
that
the
lies
written
on
them
were
unfathomable.
This
is
unacceptable
and
totally
illegal.
It
makes
me
question
the
trustworthiness
and
credibility
of
your
medical
practice.
Furthermore,
the
medical
practice
seems
to
only
have
one
doctor
available,
which
is
concerning.
When
I
made
an
appointment
on
a
Saturday
due
to
extreme
pain
and
a
UTI,
they
demanded
payment
before
I
could
even
see
the
doctor
and
charged
me
a
ridiculous
amount
of
money,
claiming
it
was
much
higher
than
the
regular
price
for
Saturdays.
This
is
not
only
misleading
but
also
totally
unfair
to
patients.
The
doctor
I
saw,
who
was
one
of
the
owners
of
the
practice,
was
incredibly
rude
and
lacked
any
bedside
manner.
It
was
so
bad
that
I
had
to
walk
out
of
the
appointment.
The
entire
experience
was
terrible,
and
I
felt
that
there
was
no
care
or
compassion
at
your
medical
practice.
It
was
all
about
the
money.
As
someone
who
suffers
from
debilitating
anxiety,
my
blood
pressure
skyrocketed
for
days
leading
up
to
an
appointment.
It
was
an
awful
experience,
and
I
would
not
recommend
this
medical
practice
to
anyone.
It
is
apparent
that
your
medical
center
is
solely
concerned
with
cashing
in
on
vulnerable
patients
without
providing
the
care
they
need
and
deserve.
In
conclusion,
I
implore
you
to
take
the
necessary
steps
to
improve
your
customer
service
and
reevaluate
how
you
treat
patients.
Anything
less
would
be
unacceptable,
and
I
believe
it's
best
for
this
medical
center
to
be
shut
down.
I
am
in
contact
with
a
medical
legal
firm
in
Auckland
regarding
the
lies
on
my
notes.
If
you
read
the
replies
from
the
medical
centre
from
other
patients
that
have
received
a
similar
experience
than
myself,
it
says
it
all!!...
The
rudeness
of
the
replies
are
just
a
joke!
I
couldn't
bieve
what
I
was
reading
and
that
a
so
called
"Professional'
Establishment"
would
respond
to
a
review
with
such
anger,
rudeness,
ignorance,
pathetic
responses
and
lies
in
thier
replies
to
other
patients
that
have
also
experienced
extremely
poor
service.
This
place
should
be
SHUT
DOWN!
