Overall the food, location, ambiance and customer service were top quality. The food was delicious with quick service. The customer service was one of the best I’ve seen as the staff know what they are doing, one staff member even saw that our table was wobbling when we didn’t even notice so he came and fixed it. So overall worth the trip and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great place for a get together. Went here for a job function and the staff were always there when we needed them. And even when we didn't. They were professional and had great customer service. The food took a while to come out but understandable with a table of 10+. All the food came out at about the same time and each bite was amazing. I had the eye fillet and it was so good. Highly recommended. We also had both of the garlic bread sides and both were insanely good. The atmosphere was great. It was loud but not over bearing. Have no complaints with The Grange or their amazing staff. Well done guys. Will definitely be back. The bill at the end of a three hour meal was Alot less than I thought it would be for that caliber of service and food.

We hired The Grange's private dining room for a gathering to celebrate a significant birthday. Everything about our experience was great. The Grange is fabulous; the private dining room is elegant, the staff are amazingly attentive and kind, the food is delicious, and the lighting is perfect for memorable photos.

Absolutely delighted with our last two visits here. The food is perfection, the cocktails are fantastic and the STAFF!!! Can I just say, the staff here really do make the experience. The enthusiasm from front of house to the table service is immaculate. They really aim to please and have such a wonderful, vibrant attitude. We ordered the eye fillet main, the cauliflower, fries, focaccia bread, sautéed greens and crumbed cheese entrées and every single dish was delicious and thoughtfully made. The consistency, (as we visited the next week) was also noted. My mother likes her steak more well done and I like mine medium rare and both were brought out exactly to our taste. Thank you to all the staff who made our experience memorable and left us wanting to return as soon as possible!

Great menu, delicious cocktails. We ordered two of the steaks and fish and chips and unfortunately one of the steaks was chewy the other was delicious. As other reviews have mentioned they are obviously light on staff so the service was much slower than you'd expect of a restaurant of this price.

Booked the Greenhouse to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Food was great and came in very generous portions. The team was all very helpful and friendly, especially Shannon who was great fun and super energetic.

We booked the dining room for 13 guests to celebrate my partner's birthday and our engagement, and we were blown away by how attentive and warm the staff were. They regularly checked in and refilled our drinks, food came quickly (but not too quick!) and was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the place was great. I wish I could remember the name of the woman serving us, because it was by far the best service I've experienced. She was amazing!!

I am super happy to have chosen the Grange to host my big birthday at the end of September, Worked with Hayley weeks prior on the events of the day which was so streamline, understood and exceptionally executed. The private room was beautifully presented for my 20 guests, welcome drinks all ready on arrival and the most delicious meal served perfectly timed. A huge thank you to Ernie our waiter who with his vibrant personality, stunning attire and gracious presence definitly made the day even more special. Had lunch here yesterday with a group of colleagues. Don't bother getting the $25 working lunch it's ALL very underwhelming. I had the cubano sandwich which was something I would of expected from Denny's not this place. "Marinated pork shoulder" was hard to be seen under the slice of luncheon ham. Our table server forgot 2 people's drinks but other than that the furniture was nice and the staff were friendly enough.

Didn't even know this was here. The service was great, they weren't super busy. I had the beef with Yorkshire pudding, it was a cool concept and heaps of food. I finished with the sticky date pudding, which was very big, I'd always like more sauce but there was plenty. I'm definitely going back for a repeat.

We came here to celebrate my godson's birthday a few days ago; there were 14 of us including little children. It was very good except for the fact that they only had set menu (because they said, we booked last minute).

I had to come on here and publicly thank Shannon for hosting us the other week. We had our friend's hens dinner in the glasshouse area and she provided phenomenal service the whole evening. Great service, so attentive and such a warm and welcoming, helpful attitude. The food was amazing!!!! We loved the cocktails. Stunning venue, we got cute photos outside. Shannon is a superstar, she made the whole experience so enjoyable!

My friend booked a private room and it was perfect. The service was also amazing (not sure of his name but he was a charismatic man in a stripy shirt). Highly recommend the Lemon Pie cocktail if you love Frangelico! My only issue was the toilets. They're all unisex and they stiiiink of male urine. Luckily we weren't sitting anywhere near that! Note: someone on our table had Celiac Disease and the staff/kitchen were so accommodating.

Feeling a little cheated, ordered the chargrilled sirloin from the working lunch menus and mopped for the garlic prawns to bulk the meal out. For an additional $9 I was expecting a little more than the 2 prawns drowning in a garlic sauce that I got. I get that rent must be substantial and everybody is trying to get an extra buck here and there but $9 for 2 prawns is discusting. I addition I wasn't even asked how my meal was as I expect the staff must have felt too embarrassed to ask. I don't blame them. Also blue steak doesn't mean seared just saying.

14 of us came here for an Xmas work function. We were seated in the 'dining room' which was lovely. The $85 set menu was perfect for our group with heaps of variety and more than enough food. The prices are sensible. The guys serving us were cheerful and helpful. Located next to the motorway, there is also heaps of easy car parking.

Went for lunch today. Great food terrible slack service from uninterested staff. So many staff on also. Left meal got up and left not even a question was everything okay. Watched a table next to us be turned over without so much as a wipe down between customers. Just gross.

I booked the greenhouse room for a private event to propose to my partner at the grange and am very pleased to say that we had an amazing experience here. The staff at the Grange went well out of their way to make the evening very special for us and we all had a blast, the food was great and the drinks were delicious! I would like to specially thank the lady who was looking after our table and helped with setting up decorations - this really took the pressure away from everything. I will definitely recommend the Grange to others for private events and such. Thanks Rahul

Had a family event of +20 people booked in the private room on Sunday the 23rd from 1:00-6:00pm. Staff were extremely friendly, professional and prompt. They were consistently present all day, which was 5 hours long. They were knowledgeable about their menu, including their drinks, were extremely organised, and accommodating. The room itself was spacious enough to hold all of us, was elegantly decorated, comfortable and had great lighting for photography. The food and drinks itself were delicious. Beautifully presented, perfectly flavoursome, with generous portions. Between different courses, all plates and cutlery were cleared and replenished, we did not have to call any staff to clear anything away as they took initiative. Throughout the entire day, we consistently had a good experience despite it being a busy Sunday, and are extremely thankful. Highly recommend The Grange for future events.

We were ignored by staff while others nearby were served. After we asked, a waiter took a few dirty dishes off the table and promised to return with menus. Never returned so we asked a waitress serving another table. On previous visits we have been courted by wait staff so this was very disappointing.

Beautiful place, very nice bar and restaurant design. Comfortable, the buttermilk chicken and steak or unbelievably great. The rest of the menu is remarkable too, the cocktails are extremely satisfying. A+

Our waitress was awesome, the tunes were good, coffee was nice and the spot is lovely but all of that was let down entirely when the food unfortunately appeared to be straight out of a box from Countdown… was also a bit disappointed to learn that as a non-drinker I wasn’t able to sit with my friends who were doing the long lunch (bottomless drinks) if I only wanted to order a meal off the menu meaning I had to spend $79 for what was nowhere near $79 worth of food - I wouldn’t have minded if the food was actually good but I truly could have had an identical meal at home for less than $15.

I met for a business lunch at this great little casual restaurant and bar. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy on a nice day, and would definitely be great for that after work ‘sundowner’. Staff were friend and efficient. Decor was simple but clean. Food was solidly good quality and reasonably priced.

Good ambience, standard service, alright food. I would have given them a 4.5 star, if I had the option :-) One thing to note - I was having lunch with my client and ordered a "pan roasted chicken breast", and a "no-espresso martini", during a fairly packed hour. But they served our food within just 12-15 minutes. Pretty quick I must say !!

The Private Dining room was perfect for our celebration. The food & service was excellent. They were so helpful, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel special & we truly appreciated it. I highly recommend booking this and we will be back.

Drop in at least once a month for a quick drink with friends. As it's handy for us all. Service is ok. Can get slow when busy. Pricing is decently at the top end.

Tasteless food. It was like they ran out of salt in the kitchen. Wagyu burger - meat had no salt. Fries - no salt. Sharing platter - fried food lacked salt. Steak, decent but the sauces lacked salt. Chicken - needed salt. The words "pass the salt" were uttered at least 30 times. Never had such under seasoned food before. On the plus side, the server was good, very helpful, and the cocktails were good.

We've been here many times. The staff are so lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies too. Food is excellent and it's a great place to come to.

I really want to commend the staff for a pleasant evening. Group of 10 dined in the private dining room - such a nice atmosphere for intimate groups. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the meal without being obtrusive. The menu was impressive. The wine list extensive. Desserts impeccable. Would highly recommend the private dining room for a special occasion. 5 star service, great vibe and wonderful food.

We didn't have the greatest culinary experience here. It could have been a busy night in the kitchen or just one of those things that happen sometimes. That said, the reason I've given the restaurant four stars is because the manager and service were excellent. No arguing the point, waived the bill without question, shook my hand and asked me if I'd give them another chance another time. As LV Martin so famously said, "It's the putting right that counts." It's been a tough hospitality environment the last couple of years, and establishments that care like this are always to be commended.

Have been going to the grange for at least 7 years. On Saturday night a dark haired young guy told us they were fully booked (it looked empty) and we could sit outside. He said this after peering around the corner and did not check the online seating. We said that we would rather not sit outside and as we were leaving he said. If you come back I'll put you outside. We found a gem of a restaurant a little further instead and when we left there and hour and a half later the grange was still empty.......

Exceptional food and service. The Chef is next level for a local eatery, try the house made focaccia as a minimum to start. Clever flavours and well priced. We try to get here at least once a fortnight. Live music always impresses too. Book now, but not my booth behind the reception, we like that spot...

Service was delight water on table and cutlery within 15 seconds of arrival, fish and chips unique touch of spicy chillies which I loved, but the pan fried chicken was starting to feel right with the flavor together with the dressing, however, the chicken at parts is undercooked. You have to thread carefully when you're pan frying a whole breast of chicken with thick layers and perhaps add more flavor to the chicken instead of relying on the liquid sauce under it. 2 and half because your customer should not feel the taste of raw food in their mouth

Dined here for my partner's birthday a little while ago and everything was exceptional. The food was amazing, so much so that my partner said it was the best steak he'd had in a long time. The staff are brilliant and it's such a nice place. Highly recommend!
