Rip off. We booked a room by person. They didn't even ask if all our people were there, they started our time immediately and refused to change it. When we told them some people couldn't come in time they said their card system didn't do refunds and wouldn't refund in cash either. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend, save your time and money for a better place. As we were walking out we overheard that they ran out of beer. It was 9:30 on a weekend, what a mess.

First and last time at this bar, we came to book a room for karaoke. They should have a security at the entrance asking for I.d as it will save future altercations, an unfortunate situation as one of our colleagues forgot her I.d The younger lady behind the bar let me give you some advice, Learn how to greet your customers with a smile, your hand gestures and pointing we’re not appeasing at all nor was your very rude way of ushering all of us out, you should have not come so close into someone’s personal space as you did with one of my other colleagues as you had no face mask on at that time reason to why she was getting defensive as I had to intervene and kept telling you to ‘calm down we are going’a couple times as you kept yelling ‘you need to leave now’ while we making our way out, even another customer had intervened and obviously she could see the situation unfolding that’s why she told you also that ‘they are going’ and that ‘your a worker’ as your response to her was ‘I don’t care, they need to go’ Such a disappointment, not sure if it’s family owned but management should follow up on ensuring good customer service not every face is the same!

This is for people who are thinking of going to this bar, here is a list of stuff to prepare you. 1. Can't buy glass of wine only bottle $35 2. Music definitely needs updating 3. Chairs to high ( am short, so getting on and off was a mission ) 4. One toilet for the lady's 5. Smoking area is down stairs entrance Overall it was okay.

Good joint for Karaoke but playlist is still stuck in 90s. Pro tip - Never book a room for Karaoke but go to the main stage where you can book a song for 3 bucks in front of an audience. Most people come here are chilled and laid back kinda people who often will join you or help you out if you stuff up your song half way through 😂😂

Why can you not refund when people are unable to show up for their experience? Not a fan. Will go somewhere else next time.

First karaoke bar weve ever been to where, you have to pay $3 to sing a song, dudes... its a social public venue, you should not be charging ppl to sing karaoke, unless they choose to do it in private..eg hire a room...Rock Bar stop charging the 3 bucks and taking advantage pre/post Covid, your already reapin it😆 Songs need a huge ,upgrade, more rock, metal, reggae, just sayin

I just had Jermaine and Kororia and they were the most accomodating hosts I've had at any kareoke I've ever been to. Highly recommend.

Good stage area for friends and family to book for private function. Unstable tables, food could be better and not taste like its been microwaved. Great range of songs for sure, need more reggae though.

Private room- Dont bother! Never hire a room, the rooms are small and hot with no aircon. The staff kept coming in and out of the room and coming to our door to look through the window which got annoying after awhile. Songs- very old songs definitely needs an update! Staff- very rude! Smoker- you only have to walk down 20 stairs to go and smoke so if you don't mind then ok. Bathroom- only 1 toilet each. The place itself needs an update with its list of songs as its very outdated and looks like its from the 90s with music to match.

To much in the Asian language and u can't figure out how to work it. They need to give u a proper tutorial on using the gear and not much English options like the Asian stuff

Young girl serving at the bar was very rude, and to our birthday girl, i dont understand why. It really ruined our night. I thought she may be having an off day but I see from previous visitors they experienced the same. Also it says online they finish up on Fridays at 3am, it actually is until Midnight. Overpriced "beef noodles", $15 each, they were for instant noodles which was shocking. If they hired a friendlier bar tender I would consider going again. Guy was fine, was just the young lady.

The staff at this place are so well-trained. They were polite and sweet. It was a very pleasant environment and conducive for small group gathering. If you are not picky about song lists for karaoke, you can consider this place to relax with friends at a reasonable cost. The only setback is the furniture that is a little worn out.

For real it was the best karaoke bar we've been to. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. We love how the set up is done. We booked a private room and it was so clean, and it had two screens with 2 mics and 2 panels for you to control. the sound was amazing and clear with just the right bass. Clean and tidy. I couldnt take pictures cos i forgot my phone at home and yes they check your vaccine pass so lucky my hubby took a screenshot and sent it to my sister in laws phone lol and the prices for drinks were fair. My sister in law and I will be back in 2 weeks haha oh theres a vast selection of music too. Its tucked behind some shops with the TAB on the left and theres plenty parking with very good lighting. There is also a restaurant downstairs and a gas station right next door so its pretty convenient oh and the location is also good as its not close to residential areas.

Had a good night out with friends, singing our favourite songs, great friendly service at the bar. Loved the sound quality of the tracks too.

I must say this has got to be the best karaoke bar we got to hire for my partners 30th the staff was really awesome, they were helpful and kind and we just had so much fun thank you Paul and to the 2 lovely ladies for giving us a fun experience will definetly hire this place again.

This is my friends and i, go-to karaoke joint. The staff are friendly (there’s quite a few of them at different times of different days and they’re all lovely), the main lounge is big and they have affordable drinks. Sometimes the owner would let us stay there til 3:30pm and waits until we’re done before she closes. only giving this a 4 star though because of song selection. they need to update that, for sure lol

Had to go and get my passport as they wouldn't let me in without it. So carry it. But totally worth it. Excellent choice of music! Decently priced and wasn't so crowded on a Friday night, perfect for an introvert like me to just chill and enjoy some good music

Yeah, good place to chill out, relax with friends and do some nostalgic karaoke. There's a private room to rent, enough for a small tight group to chill out and karaoke. Atmosphere is quite ambient and relaxing. Go place to go to, try it.

Definitely a lot of fun and was a great night out for everyone! Staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour, very tolerant of our group's rowdiness. Only downsides is the very small food menu and there is only one toilet for each gender. Also wish the song list was a bit expanded, but they've included quite a few more modern songs, even as recent as a few of last month's releases. Missing a couple of classic hits/artists like any Sublime songs, but hey, gotta work within the system they have.
