0 Star!!! Reporting to City council for horrible food Hygiene！！！ Oh, the place looks so fancy, wanna have a try. Come in with full expectation, but...come out with full disappointment. First service with TWO dirty glasses, thought that’s water rust， but...it's soft...disgusting🤮 the one ⭐️ is for the lady’s apologies twice. Later found out same things happened to other customers as well, that’s...Must be their culture. We never have the chance to try the beer. Don’t trust the building which is big 🤥 Ps: The food is also horrible, means⭐️ not growing. Appendix comment： Please close it, For the safety of public！！！

So far so good. Came here one Sunday afternoon with my big family and got great service! The food was good, could improve here and there e.g. the ribs could be more moist. But all and all a good experience. Balcony at the back seem to be too close to eatery as a persistent wind draft can bring smoke in. Will be keen to visit again. Also the credit card fee was too much.

Extremely beautiful pub, really large from inside with a lot of games to entertain yourself with. Service is exemplary. Special shout out to jags who is so funny and helpful. Food is extremely tasty. They have changed their menu and we happened to go on the first day and it was brilliant. Check out the burgers. The table by the fireplace was nice too. Thanks for an amazing experience. Will visit many times again!

Very friendly and warm staff and it has great food with reasonable prices. It’s a pub cum restaurant and there is a nice pool table and ample parking. Will recommend to all who are in the area.

Barmaid was awesome but didn't know what a half & half was our food was a waste of time. Over cooked chicken burger that was hard over cooked chips with fish to match our salad were leaves tossed together with oil & halfed cherry tomatoes $150.00 for a meals i could of served up better at home whats happened to the yorkie puds & beef wellingtons & others we used to get was very disappointing!

Absolutely loved it, spacious character interior , 2 outdoor areas (front and back) , darts, pool games, hearty food. Albeit lamb shank was too dry for my liking. You can't go wrong with massive pie (highly recommended)

I am glad you are aware of the racket that was coming from your pub on Sat. and that you shut it down AFTER noise control visited. Yes it was difficult for businesses during the lockdown and for employees but was it necessary to have such a racket? I was one of residents in Blockhouse Bay that was affected. I was on an early shift Sunday working in the hospital. Perhaps you should have more considerations for people who are in essential services as they are just as vulnerable as your business, employees and suppliers.

Nice ambience and seating is comfortable. Staff are friendly and prompt with order taking and receipt of food and drinks. Try the apple pie and icecream....it's seriously delicious!!

Great pub! Just don't expect it to stay open till 11 - they tend to close early when it's quiet. It's a shame because the food is top value, the staff are friendly and the Guinness goes down a treat. I just wish they were open when I fancy one!

This place has changed drastically. Used to be our local, but haven't been here in almost a year, till today. Was SHOCKED with the size of the portions we got for the $ we paid. We literally got 5 pieces of uber small jalapeno bites with sauce for $15, nothing fancy and just looked like they were placed on the plate over a piece of lettuce. Even the chicken pop-corn were over cooked and tasted burnt, also placed over a slice of lettuce that seemed old and not fresh! Very big change from a year ago. Also found out the place is now owned by a new guy, who i am not going to name but hoping he reads this review & does something about this. For the price we paid, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!!!! Customer service could be improved as well. Won't be going back here! Sad to see such a drastic change in just a year! Overall an unpleasant experience D-.

Was a bad experience the first time, fish is out of supermarket precooked box. Very expensive. Because of an invitation i cant refuse, i went again, ordered a different food and pleasantly surprise, it was good. Therefore 4 star overall

Great place for couples and families. Relaxing atmosphere and reasonably priced meals for all ages. Great staff always accommodating. Had a share of the Dicey meat platter with the hubby which was mouth watering lols. For you rum lovers out there, gotta try the Bahama mama hehe. Thanks

I went there to buy t-shirts but they sell them. Internet said open at 12:00 noon, I arrived 2:30 to find a sign on the door “open at 3:00”.

Great pub and service, was a quiet afternoon so was allowed to bring our dog in too. Excellent service from bar staff.

I’ve eaten here a couple times now and everything I’ve ordered has been delicious. Everything is made to order and tastes so fresh. The people here are super friendly, definitely recommend coming here. It’s a nice place to have dinner with the family!

Good to have cocktails back here once again. Great service from Jagz at the bar. Someone who actually has the ability to listen to patrons and personalise drinks. Very impressed

Being mothers day we had a little function here, and all i can say is we were not happy with the food at all! Ordered quite a bit and the portion sizes have significantly decreased and the food wasn't to our liking at all. Seems like it was all just frozen food, heated in a microwave!!! I've heard from other people in the vicinity that this place wasn't like it used to be as we have been here before and everything was great. Sad to see that it wasn't like the way it was! Unfortunately we won't be visiting here anytime soon. Not at all happy!!!!!

Our first experience there was fantastic. Food beautiful yummy 😋 pan-fried fish 🐟 awesome 👌 👏 steak meal perfect good size meals no issues with the price. The staff good easy-going bunch of guys very polite 👍 nice place for a dinner and a beer to go with it. Definitely going back with the whole family. See you soon guy's!!!🤙💯
