WOW !!!!! What an experience starting with the fantastic staff on the admission counter, the ladies were friendly, full of information, helpful , totally amazing from start to finish. Next was Cyrus what a friendly, amazing person he is, so helpful and customer focused he is a real asset to the Sky tower team. Then there is Sam WOW !!! What an amazing person she is as she is so well suited to the job. She was so calming and helped so much with the nerves. How amazing that all the people that I was lucky enough to have met on my visit to Sky walk helped me go through with my first ever jump. It was the most amazing experience ever, seeing the views as you desend down the tower like a bird flying in the wind. After landing I wanted to go back up and jump again. Amazing , thrilling, awesome, I loved every second 😁 Thank you to all the amazing staff I met on my visit to Sky tower, the jump is amazing 😁

We did the Sky Walk as a part of our Anniversary adventures. What a fun activity! Great for someone who's keen to dip their foot into something adrenaline fuelled but not ready to jump off. Beautiful views and fun facts about Auckland/ the surrounding area. The staff were amazing, as usual. This is a must-do for anyone passing through the area!

Amazing experience absolutely loved it, all the staff are wonderful. Would highly recommend the sky jump the only downside is that I didn’t book to have a second go. The pictures and the videos are a great idea too, well worth the cost.

We wanted to do something fun and exciting during the holidays and thought why not do the Skywalk? The whole experience from start to finish was awesome and thrilling. Our guide Daniel was great, encouraging, and attentive, and made the whole experience fun for us. The walk and challenges while going around the sky tower were daring and scary, but Daniel made it fun and doable. We were intrigued by the Sky jump participants and team right next to us. 3 of my children wanted to do this. I was worried about two of them being to scared once they got up there. There is no refund and it's a lot of money to lose if they pull out. But luckily they were all brave enough to jump thanks to the lovely staff helping them through the jump from start to finish with kind words and encouragement. They had a great time and wanted to do it again straight away. (Not happening) they got a free t shirt for jumping which was cool and you can buy a video and photos afterwards for $75 for one person or $50 per person for a family.

It was my first time jumping ever! I had no idea what to expect. What helped to keep me calm and feeling comfortable from the beginning was the amazing staff. From checking in at the front desk, to getting fitted and then finally the jump crew at the top of the tower. Every member of the team was super friendly and cool. Believe me when you're already a little bit nervous feeling comfortable with and having complete trust in the people about to be in charge of your jump experience is a must. I could've have wished for a better team to be looking after me and my other family members who jumped. Even the landing we were all well looked after. Thank you so much for making it an awesome experience. And thanks also to the crew member who sorted out our photos and goodie bags. Your team Rocks and deserves all the praise it receives.

I traveled to NewZealand on 20/04 from Australia. I did the sky walk on 22/04. It was a life time experience. My instructors were KEEANU and AJ. They were very professional and helpful. They made my walk experience very very adventurous and safe. I highly recommend aj hackett skywalk to all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I did both SkyWalk and SkyJump. We enjoyed every moment of our experience. All the staff members were super nice and supportive. I am very scared of heights; however, I really enjoyed both experiences. During the walk, you do a couple of different ‘challenges’ such as leaning forward and backward over the edge of the walkway, as well as walking backward and walking with our eyes closed, all with our arms outstretched which are very fun and definitely got me out of my comfort zone. During the walk, you also get to enjoy beautiful views of Auckland and our guide pointed out landmarks and gave us some history of the area which was great. The jump was totally insane (in a good way). In the video, you can see my petrified face for the first 3 sec, and then I managed to compose myself and enjoy it. My husband had this video on repeat for days. Hahaha… The jump is controlled and you can feel the rope/harness pulling your weight so it makes it less scary. Overall, I would recommend doing both SkyWalk and SkyJump. You will not regret it.

Incredible Experience in the heart of Auckland City. Different to any other heights Experience because you feel like the adrenaline doesn't dip at all! Heart racing stuff the whole time. The instructor was amazing and was so determined to get me to do some challenges even though I was clinging onto him for dear life! I'm glad he did because check out that photo. Would Highly recommend this experience great way to spend a few hours in Auckland.

Guys this is a must!!!!!! My father who is 67 years old was crazy to go and do the skywalk. Lots of adrenalin while you prepare... No words can describe how cool this is... And the staff are sooooooo nice. Not sure of the name of the person who helped them and had lots of patience but thank you so much for taking the time and translate everything to Hungarian to make sure all goes well. From my family of 4 who were fortunate enough to complete the SkyJump. From start to finish, every team member we came in contact with were helpful, friendly and professional. My 11yr old son took a couple of attempts until he made the leap and the team on top were so patient, kind and their approach of positive reassurance in the end ultimately helped him achieve that jump and make it top of the list of our memory book! Highly recommend to EVERYONE!

I would give this place 28172642 stars out of 5 for professionalism, fun and organisation. There is 0 compromise on safety- every buckle is checked 15 times before the jump. I jumped on the 21st of April at 10:30am. I have wanted to do this jump for about 10 years , ever since I have seen it on a travel vlog. When I got up to the top, I was absolutely petrified and if it wasn't for JP's gentle, logical approach, I would probably still be up there waiting to jump..... Leroy was also brilliant- he got my harness ready and did the safety briefing, he also gave me a huge hug once I jumped, I think he could see my petrified face on the landing platform. I think half of Auckland heard my screams 🤣 I'd love to say I'll be back but I probably won't. I will check out other adventures they offer (the swing on South Island looks unbelievable) Thank you for an amazing experience

Absolutely stunning up there! Very blessed with the weather. Staffs are very nice and they check very often to make sure you are safe!

First steps are a bit scary but by the end you forget how high up you are! All straps and harnesses are double checked before going out and you even have to take a breathalyzer. No jewelry is allowed and they provide a locker for storage. Guide was informative. You go around the whole tower and the guide takes pictures and videos during the walk which you can purchase. Gravity challenges were a good thrill. Free wifi is available in the lobby.

The harness broke and I feel 1076 feet to my death, they need to review their health and safety!

Hands down the bungee jump most terrifying thing I’ve ever done - but glad I did it. This was on my husband’s bucket list and he had an incredible time. The sky tower team was so helpful and made the experience easy. I felt secure in the harness and the team was very thorough with safety checks. Really appreciated how they slowed you down about 30m prior to hitting the ground and that it wasn't an uncontrolled descent - see wires in the picture. Views are incredible but don’t look down if you’re easily spooked! Book in advance.

First time at The Sky Tower back in October 22 witnessed the bungy jump from the top while viewing the best of Auckland’s geographical decadence. Two months later came back and did the jump. Best adrenaline rush ever. Thanks to Leroy and the team superb professionals from start to finish. Will be doing it again this time around dragging family and friends to the same launching pad. Well done Sky Tower best tourist attraction ever.

Absolutely so much fun! The guides were very nice and made you feel really safe and secure. It was honestly more of a roller coaster experience than a bungee but it’s great for beginners! Only bummer was I wish you didn’t have to spend so much money on the pictures and videos. It’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten my video emailed to me.

I enjoyed the entire experience. I had time to view the Sky Tower and at the end they even gave me a T-shirt. Plus, I got a refund on my photos and video because they were having a discount. Such a great fun way to experience Auckland! The most daunting part of the Skyjump is looking up at the tower from the road. It's way high! The skyjump itself is a mellow relaxing experience. It's not a free fall but a controlled descent, much like a high speed abseil except you don't need to do anything except enjoy the view as you float ~190m down to street level! The AJ Hackett staff were super friendly from beginning to end. I thoroughly recommend the Skyjump to anyone who likes sightseeing with a thrill!

My partner and I did the sky walk for our first activity for our 6 years anniversary. We had Danny who took us for our skywalk and she was awesome! we also had Chris who was hard case with the jokes lol. They both made it so much fun! my partner and I are not thrill seekers for heights, this activity was out of our comfort zone so having guides who are full of fun and knowledgeable made our experience the BEST!! We were the only skywalkers which made it even more better and special for our anniversary. The challenges made it even more fun. Danny took our photos trying to get those picture perfect ones lol. Danny was also reassuring our safety by checking our cables which made us feel safe and secured! If anyone is wanting to do the skywalk ask for DANNY AND CHRIS to make your experience even more fun! Everything about this experience was fantastic. Easy to book, great communication and the crew really made it perfect. I really can’t stay enough about the people I got to interact with. They were all so awesome, Sam from the skywalk was hilarious. Keanu and John were so calm and comforting for the bungy jump. Was absolutely amazing! I don't know how I managed it but I jumped! It's great that it's a much more controlled decent but you still reach a really fast speed. Your feet are always below you and you don't get the bounce back like you do with bungy jumping. The staff were very nice and funny too! All in all was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

The staff at Aj Hackett were so kind and helpful. The ground crew had to push my jump back due to a large group - they gave me access to the other levels and free photos/videos. The jump off the building was exhilarating. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help from the crew at the top. Will definitely be doing it again some day

A good introduction to Sky Jumping. Not as scary as a full Bungy Jump. It has made me want to do a freefall tandem sky jump from a plane.

Great staff, super safe, had a wonderful experience. Me holding the go pro wasn’t super great (I forgot it was in my hand and got excited when I jumped) but hey the memory was worth it.

The crew was very professional with a sense of humor. It is not a true free fall as the safety harness and wires control your fall. It was an amazing and fun experience. The scariest part was having to jump off yourself. Trust the equipment and the crew and you'll enjoy it. You'll wish it was a longer fall.

I can't believe I jumped. I'm not a thrill seeker and terrified of heights. After foolishly suggesting this activity to my friend (crying emoji, face palm) I didn't know how to back out. As we're walking towards the tower I see the height of the tower and people jumping, my heart is racing a mile a minute. We meet Danyon and get fitted for our jump suits. She was really cool, she engaged in conversation and did her best to ease our fears. Took the elevator on the way up and there we met Leo. Leo was really funny. This is the man that makes sure you're all secured before you jump. All in all, I'm glad I did it. It wasn't as bad as I thought. My best advice is just don't look down

Must do when you're in Auckland! The price seems expensive at first but it's definitely worth every penny! The staff is awesome, the view is amazing and the Skyjump probably the best thing that ever happened to me haha. But honestly, the SkyTower is great!

Wow, these guys really take safety seriously, so it's that much easier to trust their equipment, three team, and every bit of the experience. JP, our guide, was fabulous from start to finish. He guided us through getting used to the height, and we surprised ourselves by completing all of the challenges. The view over Auckland from 192m in the air is stunning, and you get a proper birds eye view of the Skyjumpers as well. Worth every cent, just do it!

AMAZING!! Again i want to thank every single one of the crew at the auckland skyjump on the day of 4th july! To the manager who greeted me and made sure i was okay. To the crew who literally sat there with me for nearly 15 minutes while i freaked out! But i still made it down!! Backwards but still :p u guys really helped me over come a MASSIVE mental challenge and honestly from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU and ill be back hopefully real soon to do it front facing this time :p 100000% recommended!!

So, when I found out there was a Sky Jump in Auckland, I KNEW I had to do it again. It's a BEAUTIFUL way to see Auckland, although it passes by very quickly. For those not familiar, the Sky Jump is a vertical free fall. So some have described it as a vertical zip line and the free fall part of skydiving. I just love it and it's a great thrill along with a beautiful view of Auckland which for us, we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. The staff was extremely helpful and did a great job of calming our nerves. Your jump includes a shirt and there are other souvenirs to buy before and after your jump. There are also photo and video packages and you can see the photos and videos before you even buy. My husband and I opted for just the USB which includes our videos and it is a unique carabiner USB that I still use today. NOTE: you cannot take anything up with you on the Jump, even my little hairclip got taken for the staff to hold. There are lockers when you get there, but probably best to leave everything behind, if you can.

Completed the SkyWalk with my partner and we had a great experience. Leon was a lovely instructor and took many solo and group photos and GoPro videos, which we were impressed by the HD quality.

I had a great experience with my family. I paid for pictures that i received a hard copy for but I did not receive all in my email. I emailed the company several times asking about the rest of my digital photos. Obviously my email was correct because I got some just not all. The customer service sucked and I never got a response. I’m back in the States and now nothing can be done. Otherwise my family and I had a great time but ai can’t give higher than two stars due to my issues that were not resolved.
