πŸ‘ It was our first time here and loved the little walking tracks. We didn't really plan well on where to go but found it relatively easy to navigate. Great for kids. Paths are fairly well constructed, although in winter might be slippery in places. At times you feel like you are in thick bush, far awa... People often mention walk, bush,

Native bush walk with shaded and open areas, ideal for walking with dog or children. Educational tree tags and signs along the way and a few lovely spots for a picnic.

Pretty good hour walk around. Educational parts for kids showing different plants and trees. Cool war pod and fairly easy pathways. Little slippery in wet weather to be expected. Half way through you can't see houses and forget you're in the middle of occupied land.

Paths are fairly well constructed, although in winter might be slippery in places. At times you feel like you are in thick bush, far away from a city. Bit of a hidden jem really.

Lots of in undercover bush walk, cool breeze and sound of birds chirping. Comes summer, there's a path that's filled with the sound of cicada clicking.

Very well laid out paths through the bush. Nice length of walks with enough cover to protect you from the sun and the rain.

Awesome suburban walk to get some fresh air and exercise. Very quickly forget you are in the city walking amongst the native trees with native birds singing.

Great place for a walk. Only locals know the place. I visit the place to take photos in spring for my clients.

I love this forrest in the middle of suburbs, a bit hidden. It's a good option to connect with the nature while in the city.

Lovely place! Perfect place especially in summer due to lots of trees. You can avoid hot sunlight if you don't like it also if you want to enjoy sun, just try other track

The bush/forest setting is amazing and one of the few places like this on the north shore. There are a variety of walkways through out the bush which is good for grtting expertise or dog walking. The negative side is not maps of the bush walk at junctions. So unless you know where you are going, you can easy end up taking a longer route and having to backtrack and go another way. Even google maps does not show all of the walk ways And lastly, when it is wet, some pathways can be muddy and slippery in areas. After all 10's of years little progress in putting gravel down and making the paths all weather

Great park. There are several little tracks which are not difficult. Walking at the bottom of the forest, the air is very fresh.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This is great mid way stop on the walk to Browns bay. The improvements to the pond are looking good and the new over the water walkway is going to only improve a great family friendly park. Feed the ducks, have a picnic let the kids play in the playground. Just a great place to be.
