I went there with a group of friends, they ordered burgers and were "OK". There is nothing vegan in the menu (except for the fries). Only two vegetarian options (mushroom burger) but has the cheese inside it. And a salad with cheese on top and inside the dressing (also the only dressing) So I ordered a salad and asked the cheese and dressing to be removed, asked if i could add pickles to it (to make something a bit fun out of it) and this was an extra 2 dollars. Although I should have checked in advance, the thing I didn't like is that they didn't even try.

Went here for my son's birthday. Ordering via QR code was great. Food came out in a considerable amount of time delivered by Bella the robot food attendant. Fun way to do food service but also good to have a little person to person interaction especially if you are a first timer at this place. Food was good. Parking was a bit dear.

Rude service with no welcome nor smile towards their customers. Nacho's was below average but can't understand why they put cheese sauce on the bottom of plate. Can't even reach them. The burger was horrible. Very oilly and gracy. When it arrived to the table it's already half cold. The chicken inside it's already hard to chew. The beef patty was cold hard and oily. Very disappointing. We ordered milkshake and we ask for it two times during our meal but it never arrive to the table. They have to refund us because of that. Can't be more disappointed to this restaurant. Service was horrible waiters don't know what to do but chatting towards eachother. Chef in the kitchen were dancing with music. Never again . Please stay away from this horrible place. What a nightmare.

Service and food quality was very good. Really pricey for its size or portion of the food. e.g $20 for burger with no bun (with out fries). All you see on the photo was $100.

it's back and it's back with a BANG! definitely something worth craving for the meat of these burgers are just crazy delicious it's the party that stands out just like how burgers are supposed to be not covered in sauce or buns love the normal cheese burgers but the tower burger is an instagrammable experience I don't wana miss the onion rings are fantastic battered just right pair them with a quench beer and baby you sealed the deal

I called ahead, before and again on the day of Monday 26 April 2021 to speak to staff on their general line 093636000 to confirm if they open for lunch. They said yes. Turned up, the place was closed. Not very good. I called the main line again and staff said they definitely open today 26Apr 2021 and we should wait to see if any staff turned up. This is a clear case of the restaurant management not communicating amended hours to the phone line team about the roster. Disappointed customers, there were others alao waiting outside to see what was happening...given this is the Skycity, it should be have been managed better. No excuses and Not good enough. Even on the big yellow close sign outside the front door said business hour is 1130am onwards... Totally useless whoever was in charge of the place the night before should have checked the schedule for the following day and updated others and the front door signage accordingly and in advance. To say they ate hopeless and inept is an understatement. Very poor customer experiences.

Chicken quite crispy but the meat inside abit cold, and the sauce on the chicken is too sweet. Fish is so dry but chip and tartar sauce are not too bad. Service is bad not take so much care about customer.

We just ordered two burgers and a churros and we have been waiting for more than 1 hours. The restaurant is only 70%. There is no staffs actively approaching us until one hour later. Not great for hungry people.

Fried chicken was burnt, with a bitter taste. The onion rings are good, but I don’t know why the service staff they are looks not friendly. I ordered a drink and almost finished food and it hasn’t been served yet.😓😓😓

I waited around 8 minutes to some waiter or waitress to come to my table. The restaurant wasn't full at the moment, but clearly it was an unexpected scenario. The price of the menu is very reasonable and fair when you realize that the restaurant is inside the sky tower. I tried the vegetarian burger, which it really impressed me a lot. I know how to cook and prepare fancy burgers and the vegetarian from Andy's was amazingly beautiful. I took a picture of the melted cheese merged with the mushrooms, the flavours are very tasty. The salad was ok, since it was just a small salad to supply the main meal, which comes already with fries if it is any of the Burges. But what made me rate this a 5/5 is because of the service. Even waiting to be attended, the staff treat with a high quality and, especially, provided me with a Negroni. This cocktail is not in the menu and when I asked, they prepared it for me charging with the same price of any other gin cocktail. A restaurant that can manage a request beyond its menu options is for sure 5/5 star rate. This proves that they know how to deliver an unique service for their costumers.

A good place for first time visit but not a restaurant that you’ll keep coming back for . I Was curious about their robot waiters delivering your food at your table so it’s pretty cool to see it in action. Very innovative approach and makes everyone smile. Ordered their Andy’s classic burger, pretty decent burger but for its price if you don’t add any add-ons, they will just literally serve you with a burger on a plate. No fries or anything of sort that I would expect on an American themed restaurant. Pricing seems okay but not generous servings and not meant for sharing. Overall, it’s a good burger restaurant but not something I would really rave about as there are other restaurants to consider. A good approach on the robotic waiters so kudos to them.

The staff were excellent - warm and welcoming. Service was very efficient with the use of their in house online ordering system and robot delivery. The food was delicious (The cookie sandwich contained nuts - heads up if you have allergies). Great burger joint for the family or before a night out!

Always a delight to eat at and so many onto it staff. Quick service and food always hot. Hot wings and small salad are my jam! Hubby loves the burgers and fries. Tip: order the truffle mayo even though it's not on the menu. It will transform your fries and be the best $2 spent on a condiment. You're welcome!

Got there around 10:10pm all the way from Eden Park on a Saturday night, as google says there open till 11pm. Get told they take last orders at 10pm.. and we cant be served. Just FYI so your times not wasted as well

Speedy service coupled with tasty food and cocktails. This place would be excellent for watching sport games as it is surrounded with TV screens and a big projector screen. Staff is very friendly and efficient and the food was delivered at a speedy pace. Best of all, it is a very good value for the the money we paid. Would definitely want to try the s’mores next time I am here.

Food was way below average for price; luke warm, overly greasy and generally low quality. They don't have bathroom facilities... The atmosphere was quite nice and had a novelty food service robot (pictured).

Went to go and write a review and saw another review around the same time with the same feedback as me. Was really excited to try this and was really excited for my child to experience this. As our cheeseburgers arrived to the table I went to take a bite and there was a really strange smell as someone else mentioned also. I actually couldn't eat it because of the smell and also the taste was off, not only did the mince taste old but I'm guessing you guys make your own blend and the ratio of fat to meat was completely off, there was so much fat. I talked to the manager, seemed as though she didn't understand what I was saying and she didn't offer much assistance at all although she was polite. I watched as she relayed this information to the chefs- they literally laughed at this feedback. Incredibly unprofessional, not that I mentioned it but I am a qualified chef with over 10 years experience, I understand quality of food. Later on that evening my partner and I both felt sick, then the next day we were both displaying multiple symptoms of food poisoning. I felt really underwhelmed by the way the staff handled this issue and feedback and now to see there is other people saying the same thing makes me feel real assured it was not just me and also feel reassured that I should not of been laughed at for mentioning so. Appalling if you ask me. Will not be returning, I know everyone makes mistakes but this could of been resurected by staff and it totally was not.

Took ages for my first drink order to come the must have forgot about it The robot delivery is very cool very futuristic, burgers good wings good AVOID THE MAC AND CHEESE AT ALL COST. KRAFT BOX MAC N CHESEE TASTE BETTER. MIGHT ASWELL EAT PLASTIC. Otherwise cool place really good burgers.

Located in Sky Tower complex. (Parking available nearby at a cost) Food delivered by robot machines? Very futuristic and fun. The loaded fries were a highlight and highly recommend. Burgers decent and filling.

Robot service was entertaining, but enjoyed still having wait staff. Food was delicious, staff are friendly. I absolutely loved the spicy chicken burger and my partner really enjoyed his classic burger

Nice cosy, restaurant with good seating. Lots of tvs to enjoy sports games from multiple angles. The whole atmosphere was really vibe and the food was delicious 😋. But best part of all is being served by ai robots. Nothing beats a robot bringing you a burger.

It was busy Easter Sunday packed with diners inside and long line outside. Was not a long wait considering there were so many orders in the kitchen. The robot server made the service faster. The signature burger tastes really good and fries were fresh and crispy . Would not recommend the chicken it was tasteless.

Burgers were great! Robot kitty-servers (and their huma counterparts) were equally efficient and charming! I love the care and quality each person had throughout our meal! Can't wait to come back.

Food was nice, spent $200 on burgers, sides, wine and cocktails for three people, which was good. we liked the food and the atmosphere, the robots that delivered your food were cool. The staff were super friendly, not that experienced though. Our drinks took forever to come but there were busy, so drinks and food arrived about 30mins after ordering, which was all done by their QR code application, not that great an app as I made a mistake and took forever to rectify, despite my 3 stars I’d visit again, but the robots music certainly gets on yours nerves after a while

Real tasty beef burger and sides. Mac and cheese was a bit sickly (for me) but maybe others would enjoy. The serving robots were pretty entertaining. Cool to see kids faces light up when their meals were brought over by them. Definitely more expensive than other burger places I’ve been but it’s alright. My only complaint is the buns on the burger and my wife agreed too. They almost seemed stale. But the contents of the burger were beautiful. Excellent patty and cheddar with that salty smokey kick to it that I love. Not bad all round.

Limited dietary requirements available, for gluten free you will find your choices aren’t great. The food here is pretty good, nice shakes and the table service robots are amusing. Staff are pretty strict on opening hours, we turned up around 10 minutes before the dinner session and had to wait although people from the probably lunch session were still there. The venue was clean and inviting and overall found the staff friendly (did have a mix up on the order though) Would return again if more gluten free options were available.

Good portions and atmosphere. The spicy chicken burger was actually spicy. Was a bit disappointed when the QR code on our table wasn’t working so we had to place our order at the bar but we loved our waiter who brought our food to us.

Been here last year and returned again now that it is reopened again. The menu has changed a bit but still a worthwhile place to go. Staff was very polite and the food was great.

First time getting a burger here! And have always looked for the Ellison mushroom burger. They had it here and it was good! Flavor was just right and the beetroot added a nice alternative touch. The fries were perfect. Should do more specials I reckon!

Best to try it yourself, it's definitely not what it use to be. You have to buy your own sides which is disappointing, the fries are quite good though. Drink portions are somewhat good, prices are what you expect them to be.... Being it is in Sky City. The robots are pretty cool to see. Burgers are tasty but not much options to choose from like before. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. I feel like they have a lot of staff just to stand there rather than checking in on customers. That's just me.

2 stars because the staff were great but the $16 cocktails for watered down liquor and not great. We got the Booze Berry and mango cocktails, they tased like water and ice. Looked pretty though and atmosphere was standard for a family friendly burger place.

Have to say very disappointed, we took the kids to experience the robot service so we have separate our orders online. Robot only sent the first order and 2nd order sent by restaurant waitress, not what kids are expecting. Kids are quite disappointed disappointed afterwards. Burgers are very under average, definitely the most salty burgers we have ever had. Probably that's why they cost a bit more, me and my boy have stomach ache, indigestion and feeling of vomiting the whole night. The good thing is the staffs are quite friendly and...that's all. Unfortunately no return for us, hope others will have a better experience.

I rarely do reviews, but the food here os terrible. My friend’s fried chicken salad was drenched in salad dressing. My cheeseburger was horrible, not a burger but fried beef that fell apart into pieces also drenched with dressing. The fries were ok, thank goodness. This seems to be a casino restaurant where folks don’t care what they eat — they just don’t want to leave the machines.

It was so happy to see my old burger place open back again. Took my son to have his first Andy's Burger. But was a big disappointed, apart from ambience and the robot waiter of ours everything was a poor. Food quality was dropped. Chicken burger was not season and burned. I think chef forgot to change his fryer oil. Wings were a joke. I don't mind paying $21 for burger I understand. But it was not worth it. Don't recommend it to any one. Very bad.

Service was good. I came here just to see the robots, honestly. I probably won't be back for quite a while... The food is very fresh however, burgers were quite dry, nothing special. The Mac and cheese was very cheesy and heavy which made it difficult to finish. Onions rings and fries were good. You also have to get/buy sauce on the side :(
