I have always wanted to try this restaurant. Finally, I visited with my family. A portion of the large plate was a bit smaller than what I expected; however, the overall taste of every single dish we tried was so good 👍 And also, service was 100%. I definitely will come back to try the rest of the menu soon!

I would add it onto my favorite restaurants listing now. When I enjoyed the food, I couldn’t wait to share it to my friends!! The environment was quite modern, and the service was great! Everything was perfect!

Amazing place, staff and meal. I was there on the Mother’s day so they had some menu for this opportunity. The cheesecake was too sweet for me, so I couldn’t finish it but everything else was really delicious and cute for my eyes. The special no-alcohol mother’s cocktail too. BTW Great combination rice with coconut! Nice job! ❤️

Nice vibes and a pleasant smell of charcoal fire from the outside. However, the service was a bit average, and the food was ok but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing. Everything were designed as shared plates so it’s good to have a few people with you. The highlight was the cauliflower in a spiced curry-type yoghurt and lowlight was the lamb shoulder, it’s fine but not great.. the meat was well portioned but a bit dry and very lamb-y almost. Overall, it’s just above average but it seems to be packed quite quickly.

Great place where we had dinner after exploring one tree hill. The 4 stars is because it was a tad pricey but it was really good food and drinks. Special shout-out to the chargrilled eggplant and the unique lamb ribs with caramel and chilli. Staff was kind enough to put happy women’s day on the dessert (see blurry pic)

We ordered the 5 courses menu but included everything we want to try. Food was amazing and love the coconut taste for fish, highly recommended the eggplant and lamb. It was a great experience. Dessert is a bit too sweet for me but everything else was amazing! They’re quite popular so I would suggest to prebook.

Thanks for having such a great selection of plant-based options. All the dishes were so delicious that it's hard to pick a favourite, but the charred cauliflower and the eggplant were both sensational. Service was fast and friendly. Loved the champagne coups too. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic bar and restaurant. A must try place. We had a few cocktails and just an entree and main split between two which was plenty of food. All of the cocktails were delicious, especially the limoncello sour. The spicy chicken pizza was amazing, the pizza dough was incredible and the whole thing had a fantastic smokiness from the oven.

Come for the first time but there won't be a next time. Atmosphere and service are nice. However it was unpalatable. Pizza tastes chemical flavor. Lamb ribs comes with gamey taste and salty. Chicken schnitzel made with super thick coating. Food portions are small. Pricey but taste bad.

Birthday dinner over little Jimmy, it was fantastic. Every time was great! service, presentation of food, tast was top in Auckland! That's why you need to book ahead. We will definitely come back 😊

Had a delicious lunch here on Saturday. The fish risotto dish was a 10 out of 10 for me. So great to be back. Love this place.

The food was great: lamb ribs were the best we had in Auckland. Wagyu fillet was juicy and tender. Apple crumbles was just right. It had good range of beverage too. The service was the best: we have been to many restaurants in Auckland yet Little Jimmy was the only place where the waiting staff realised I am a lefty and placed cutlery on the left side for me after I moved them to the left side. The attention to details was beyond my expectation. Well worth a five star.

Amazing dinner. The server was incredible. His tattoos seem rude to have him as the standout visual feature but his manner of service and friendliness were exceptional. A treasure to the business. The food was amazing and he was helpful with all choices. Not a cheap dinner but all courses were incredible. Highly recommend for that very special night out

Great intimate dining place that packed a tonne of flavour and taste in their dishes! Would definately come again :) We grabbed the chicken snitzchel and. Gnocchi as well as the pudding which was amazing.

The staff gave off the most immaculate vibes. Incredibly friendly and welcoming with great chat. The food slapped and the menu had so many good options I was stressed trying to decide. The coffee was so good aswell, it came with this really nice cold foam. Kinda random but the cutlery was amazing and the atmosphere of the place was wonderful.

Had a nice lunch with family at this lovely restaurant on Saturday. Food was good, for we the chicken was a bit salty. Overall service experience was good, there was a kind and friendly staff when we ask for particular suggestion.

Now I love Little Jimmy. Im such a joyous lush and the wine and top shelf selection is incredible. My friend Virginie from No1 Family Estate asked me if we should do a bubbles brunch and here we are enjoying the Rose. I love their food selection...I wish I bought a Pizza from them... I'll have to go back... any excuse. 5 stars. Bravo.

I went here for dinner with my family and it was delightful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the service is good and the food was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The restaurant was pretty packed but we still got our food and drinks relatively fast, I ordered the pork belly and the flavours where incredible, the way each flavour contrasts with each other is magical. This truly was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had if I could give 6 stars I would 10/10 I will be back here again very soon, hungry for more

I hadn’t been here for dinner in quite some time, and I have to say the food was amazing this time. The venison tartare was unctuous and melt in your mouth, beef short rib was very tender and those brussel sprouts with chickpeas and cashew sauce was next level. Highly recommended.

Once again a great evening. Dinner was excellent, service excellent. Good place to visit if looking for a new restaurant to try. Our group of 4 sat upstairs so a little quiet but downstairs was busy and had a good atmosphere.

Little Jimmy is a go-to date spot for my husband & I. The food is terrific, the service excellent, and location perfect: we just pick it up and take it to Cornwall Park for a picnic. Their sourdough pizzas are our favourites; I’ve added photos of the tandoori chicken & tomato mozzarella below. It’s also great to support the little guy, not just Little Jimmy itself but their suppliers, which are exclusively small local enterprises.

Such a beautiful place. Lovely employees who were so kind and respectful. So clean, spacious and bright. When I come back to Auckland, I will definitely make time to visit this space.

Wow, what a find, hubby had just given blood and we wanted something close for dinner, so checked the high Google rated restaurants in the area, Wow. Busy, bustling place, they fit us in, we had the rib, the croquets, venison tartar and the beans, ALL of it was spectacular, like so good we could not decide what to have first next time, well worth a visit, cheers

The food was delicious. We ordered loads of starters between four of us and we didn't think we could eat it all but we managed to devour every last bite. Highly recommended. Yum.
