I put my hand up to show that I was waiting to be served. Then when I was finally served the barmaid was rude to me for no reason, other than she took offence to me raising my hand to get her attention. Later a male from behind the bar approached me and accused me of behaving inappropriately and insisted that I leave. Not sure why, other than that he’s a good weak simp. I swear on the lives of everyone that I’ve ever loved that I was a perfect patron. What happened to me tonight was ridiculous

Have been a few times and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately this time the waitress with the short hair is extremely rude and ruined the whole experience.

Music was good, very small venue and bar staff are selective as to who they serve first. Clearly, regulars get priority, I wasn't served until another patron finally pointed out that I was there before her. There are so many options in Ponsonby and Kingsland, too. I'll take friends elsewhere in the future.

I am not one to leave reviews often, but wow. We had a great time here the other night. I am visiting Aukland from the US and truly had one of the best experiences with the bartender Olivia. She's from a nearby city in the US where we are from, and it was great being able to connect and talk with her for a while. Also, she made an amazing Plum Daiquiri. She recommended it as it was a house specialty and I have never had something quite like it. The other bartender was funny as hell and kind too! I cannot recommend this bar enough. If we lived in town, we would be there all the time!

I went with friends on Wednesday night after they were refused song requests at another bar. The drinks were good, staff were friendly and tentative, and best of all the music selection was on point .

It's an old fav with sum good memories, Many happy times spent here over the years . Don't go there much but when I do always enjoy . Its Age appropriate. Music can be a mixed bag . But a place where u can't help meet other people . Great staff, awesome security guys.

Been awhile since I have been there last, also this time the atmosfeer was great, everybody is friendly, great music list and singalong atmosfeer, where your neighbour on the bar is someone to talk too. The 2 barguys worked together like a well oiled team, nice to see cocktails made from so close. I'll be back.

Such a cool little nook on Ponsonby road. The Batender George provided fantastic services - will be coming here again for sure!!

I do enjoy Lime. It's small but accommodating. The bar staff are always on point and keen for a yarn when it's not busy. The music is all good and it's a great place to just sit and talk to new people if that's your thing. There isn't a large dance floor, so if that's your thing there are plenty of alternatives down the street. They do have a decent selection of beers and can whip up most cocktails as far as I've seen. Get out there and give it a go, meet some new people and enjoy the drinks.

I love this place. I am a Martini drinker and the staff make a mean one. In addition to this there are a lot of people whom are regulars and everyone is really friendly. Good wine selection and some really good nostalgia in terms of sound. My choice as a place to hang out which is non pretentious and happening.

Great little spot for a more mature crowd. Aircon at the back of the bar rocks, well made drinks, old school tunes. As long as its not packed its a sweet spot to chill in.

Very cozy and chill place, great place for a quiet drink away from the chaos. Had a very nice whiskey sour.
